今晚我們約咗好朋友一齊去銅鑼灣希慎廣場食晚飯,但就未決定去邊間食?揀咗一陣我們見到有間有上海包點,又有日本菜食嘅fusion菜餐廳「Kikusan」,所以我們就決定入去食晚飯!一入到去就見到有都幾大嘅開放式廚房,坐位與坐位之間亦相當舒適寬敞!我們叫咗幾款唔同嘅串燒,分別有:鷄肝、豚腩、鷄腎、照燒鷄肉棒、鷄翼同炭燒牛肉,全部都燒到啱啱好,肉質相當鮮嫩鬆軟!豚肉小籠包嘅外皮極之薄身,所以好清楚睇到入面有好多湯汁,湯汁嘅味道非常鮮甜,豚肉嘅肉質亦相當鮮嫩!煎韭菜豚肉餃子同煎素餃子煎得好香口同好乾身,唔會有「油腍腍」嘅感覺,而且餃皮亦好薄身,豚肉餡料就好鮮嫩惹味,而素菜餡料就相當清新!燒鰻魚飯嘅鰻魚好肥美厚身,所以口感好豐富!南瓜味噌湯牛肉溫泉蛋烏冬嘅牛肉喺上碟嗰陣仲係生嘅,要用熱辣辣嘅湯底去浸熟,所以肉質相當鮮嫩,烏冬嘅麵質亦好煙韌彈牙!千層豬扒擔擔拉麵嘅豬扒係用一層一層嘅豬肉堆砌成好似豬扒咁厚,所以食落層次感非常豐富!花生黑芝麻驢打滾係將外層煎到色澤金黃同外脆內軟,質感相當煙煙韌韌,中間就有香濃嘅花生醬,而且喺表面仲舖滿咗芝麻花生粒同椰絲,令到味道更加齒頰留香!日式年糕配雲呢拿大葉汁嘅賣相
