晚飯在「將軍會館」,再嘗香味清新的玄米茶,茶味絕佳 。兩款開胃小食:雞絲粉皮~可以「撈起」的滋味冷盤,好吃又好彩頭。水晶肴肉~江蘇鎮江的一款特色菜,清清爽爽的口感,極受歡迎。兩款小菜:椒鹽火箭魷魚~俗稱火箭魷,原來是中國槍烏賊,口感非常爽脆,配合椒鹽烹調,十分完美。炭燒泰式豬頸肉~燒豬頸肉前已經用泰式醬料醃入味,吃起來極具泰式風味,喜歡更濃郁味道,可蘸泰式醬汁吃!天山雪蓮菜苗~很吸引的新菜式,我們楝上湯灼,菜苗有點兒像椰菜,但它比椰菜更好吃,菜苗是大大片片的,有嚼勁口感,却很嫩滑,用金蒜上湯灼,蒜香冶味。豉椒排骨煲仔飯~雖然上次飯香四溢的豉汁白鱔煲仔飯,令我念念不忘,但今次點選豉椒排骨煲仔飯,肉排腍腍軟軟,白米飯滲入肉汁、豉汁與豉油汁,美味無比,吃到底...還吃到心儀的香脆飯焦。
