很少去荔枝角/長沙灣,今次係朋友介紹先知道呢間菜館。雖然炸粉有啲厚,食落有少少油,但裏面的芋頭仍好淋、好滑。上枱前已聞到陣陣鹹蛋香,鬆脆入味冇腥味,比猪紅淋,醬汁唔會太濃而蓋過鵝紅本身嘅味。食過上海做法,潮州生醃都係第一次食,瑡蚶好細隻,用酒加辣椒浸住,我覺得腥☹️,朋友就話好食。味道一般,鵝肝同鵝肉都入味,鵝腸唔肥美仲有啲韌。蠔仔大粒又夠多,加埋芫茜蔥,大大鍋四個人都食唔晒朋友話就算好飽,都要叫呢個甜品。出面糖衣雖然好脆,唔鍾意食甜嘅我,都食咗兩件少糖粉的
