聽聞觀塘有間氣氛餐廳,裝修靚,野食又抵,趁爸爸生日,帶佢去慶祝。我地試咗個二人餐,食物都幾豐富,3個course我地食得好飽。是日餐湯 - 番茄湯 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)番茄湯色澤淡紅,番茄味濃郁,磨得幾滑幾creamy,酸甜平衡恰到好處。特別喜歡佢偏酸口感,作為一頓晚餐既第一道菜,十分開胃,可以喚醒味蕾!香煎大蝦伴牛油果沙律 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)作為冷盤,欣賞食物保留到鮮味。大蝦煎到金黃色,外殼微脆,肉質彈牙。牛油果軟熟油脂多,增添了綿密的口感,搭配新鮮蔬菜的清爽脆嫩,沙律醬微辣開胃,口感層次豐富,又健康又美味。西班牙海鮮燴飯 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢)金黃色的飯底配搭香煎帶子同其他甲殼類海鮮,材料豐富,賣相吸引。燴飯索晒湯汁,容易入口。海鮮新鮮,唔會煮得太熟,份量又足,食得過癮。煎安格斯牛扒 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)牛扒煎到微脆、內裡粉嫩,幾有油香。肉質鮮嫩多汁,不帶筋,肉味幾濃。簡單的鹽和胡椒調味凸顯牛肉的天然油香,值得一試。Tiramisu (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)質地幾挺身,正正方方整潔大方,食落口感綿密鬆軟。味道方面,咖啡味及酒味都幾濃郁,芝士味突出,適合愛甜的朋友。火焰法式焦糖燉蛋 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)視覺效果一流
