天氣凍最鐘意食野對住個爐,起碼暖先,所以平時唔會經常食既烤肉就多左出現。之前去上環文武廟都有經過呢度,但就冇入去食,今晚終於可以嚟呢度取取暖。餐廳其實一眼睇晒,座位不多。餐牌以烤肉為主,又有其他非烤類既食物。二人餐 $400和風沙律食燒肉之前食酸醋沙津開開胃。鹽蔥牛舌牛舌爽口,但同平時食開既燒牛舌有少少唔同,因為佢係牛舌上面用左大量蔥花,令牛舌食起嚟口感更豐富。椒鹽霜降松阪豬望落有豬頸肉既感覺,食落帶有少許嚼勁,店員建議沾青檸汁,用清新既青檸味緩減烤豬會產生既油膩感覺,從而帶出松阪豬既味道。牛油去骨雞腿肉雞腿肉冇骨,食得舒服,加上牛油,更香滑。一口雞翼一口雞翼其實都只係得一枝骨,雞皮脆,雞肉嫩滑。烤肉醬牛胸脊賣相吸引,上面有芝麻粒,加上烤肉醬,十分惹味。翠肉瓜,椒鹽杏鮑菇食左咁多肉,套餐都有蔬菜類,讓口腔清新一下。鹽蔥牛柳 $89牛柳已經切粒,店員燒得好有經驗,表面熟透既同時內裡又唔會有韌既感覺,食落十分爽口。鹽蔥都好配合牛柳,清新得嚟又夾雜牛肉香。雜菜稻庭烏冬 $69表面大量紫菜,傳嚟紫菜香。將紫菜搞勻烏冬食,好似紫菜湯一樣。烏冬尚算滑身,口感唔錯。炭燒鰻魚飯 $99雖然呢度係燒肉店

雖然呢度係燒肉店,但我呢個"鰻"迷見到有鰻魚飯都忍唔到手叫左。本身自己都冇抱太大期望,但面前既鰻魚飯的確幾吸引。大塊既鰻魚,大量鰻魚汁,加上適量既紫菜絲,絕對冇諗過食到呢個水準既鰻魚飯。鰻魚夠香,腍身,每一啖都散發住鰻魚味,好滿足。
今日入嚟食烤肉,呢度既烤肉固然令人滿意,而炭燒鰻魚飯直頭係驚喜,"鰻"迷之選。
