今日系灣仔利東街果邊行街影相,知道果邊有間Espuma餐廳又轉了一些新餐牌,又有一些新的甜品啱晒我的胃口。焦糖單骨雞翼,雞翼一分為二,每件雞翼都沾滿焦糖的甜味甜甜地,雞翼肉嫩滑又有咬口,又幾香口雙重芝士蟹肉薄餅,薄餅是厚批批邊鬆脆內里軟熟,芝士味濃厚、仲有淡淡的蟹肉,拉絲十足,薄餅非常香口美味又熱騰騰。黑松露野菌椰菜花忌廉燴飯,飯一粒粒又夠煙韌,淡淡黑松露的味道,椰菜花切碎撈埋左飯里又有野菌,味道香濃又不會太咸。珍珠奶茶窩夫配雪糕,可以自己選擇兩種雪糕味道,選左焦糖燉蛋和士多啤梨味雪糕🍦,窩夫上面插左一個雪糕筒和一粒馬卡龍。馬卡龍又不會太甜,而窩夫又暖暖地又脆又香又有蛋味,又有珍珠又有奶茶味幾特別。草莓蜜桃冰沙大大杯,仲有士多啤梨,蜜桃🍑,藍莓肉,甜甜地又好香的士多啤梨味。
