無牛不歡嘅男友人今晚帶我黎呢間專食牛嘅火鍋店,唔黎都唔知原來牛嘅部位有分咁多個名。每個部位要淥幾多秒喺餐紙有寫。店內環境走懷舊風。餐前有西瓜食,可以邊食邊用ipad點野食。我哋試咗鴛鴦鮮青椒牛骨湯,鮮青椒嗰邊個湯好香,辣得黎有啲麻咁,幾特別,男友人好鍾意呢個味。牛骨湯就比較清淡,入面見到真係有牛骨架喎,仲有牛腩牛筋,好真材實料。仲有個計時器,店家話首柯打20分鐘內唔到會免費,不過啲食物都好快黎齊。呢度無收加一但係就有醬油費,都係自助拎。吊龍伴,牛背脊上有一條肉叫吊龍肉,喺吊龍肉嘅下面嗰一小部分就係吊龍伴,呢個位有肥膏痴住,食落口感好香滑,而且咬落無渣,正。牛朴肉,係牛嘅肩胛肉裡最靠近頭嘅一個部位,因為成日郁,所以好嫩滑,啲脂肪好似雪花咁分佈得好密,入口柔嫩而鮮甜,咬落爽口有嚼頭,又係正。匙柄,即係肋骨之下嘅部位,有筋連住舊肉,所以入口好彈牙。腩頭,切得幾厚身,油脂分布均勻,肉味比較濃。另外仲試左水蓮,呢個菜嘅品種未聽過,外觀好似一札繩咁,店員話最多淥8秒,口感似食韭菜,好爽脆,聽講營養價值好高,好特別又有益!最後唔少得嘅就係要食稻庭烏冬,放落牛骨湯,好味又唔咸。食完發現6月11至16號
