之前公司間唔中 team lunch 會尼呢間食燒肉,當時已經覺得幾抵食。同一班同事食,通常都會叫2人餐4人餐,包哂沙津前菜,多種牛既部位,豬,雞,海鮮,飯,甜品。今次同朋友尼食,因為用左折扣 book,就無得叫套餐,變左逐樣散嗌,不過menu 單價都唔貴。首先係和牛刺身沙律,和牛係幾甜,不過我唔太中意呢個質地,就試下輕輕地放落個爐燒一燒再食,幾正!然後就上左厚切鹽燒牛舌,同埋特上厚切牛胸腹牛舌我會燒哂 4 邊再剪開一粒粒燒多一陣,個邊就會好香而入面仲有少少粉紅,外脆內軟牛胸腹都有牛味,但我就唔特別食到鹽蔥既味食完牛胸腹,就食澳洲A4和牛翼板肉,好重油脂呀,食到呢度已經有dd飽黑松露和牛炒飯係次次尼都有食(因為跟餐),今次食就覺得無平時咁重黑松露味,朋友話覺得似出面普通炒飯最後朋友食完A4唔夠喉,叫埋個$168熊本A5和牛肉眼,呢個就無折既雖然比較薄身,但係入口即溶個感覺都好滿足,即刻飽到120%金金除左抵食仲有樣好,就係坐得舒服同埋唔嘈,唔多人,多人約埋一齊食既話可以坐到最入自成一角~
