喺荃灣試咗呢間冰室,店內裝修幾有香港以前嘅色彩,呢度出名蕃茄濃湯同瑞士雞脾/雞翼,所以我當然有叫黎試🌟蕃茄濃湯米線配牛乳炒蛋呢個湯麵原本係通粉,我就轉咗米線,而且有得揀1-3個餸,我揀咗鮮牛肉、特級墨魚丸、素食(鮮菌、時蔬、粟米粒、腐皮)個蕃茄湯底好濃郁,食到啖啖新鮮蕃茄肉,又冇味精,甜酸到調得好好,所以好飲到我最後飲哂炒蛋整得真係好滑,仲帶有微微嘅奶香,而啲配料質素都唔錯,鮮牛幾滑,墨魚丸幾彈牙兼有墨魚肉,鮮菌同腐皮好掛湯,非常適合做配料米線煮得煙韌,軟硬度適中,絕對唔輸蝕俾其他米線專門店🌟招牌胡椒豬肚滑雞泡飯朋友食呢個,份量超大,個湯奶白色,充滿雞同胡椒味,但唔會話好辣,仲有好多酸菜,所以個湯飲落幾開胃,而滑雞球幾有咬口,豬肚都幾爽口🌟瑞士雞翼(3隻)冇試到雞脾,因為雞翼比較方便share,瑞士汁甜到調得唔錯,食到啲香草同香料味,雞翼亦都醃得好入味🌟紅綠椰冰呢杯特飲有好多紅豆粒同綠豆蓉,椰汁好香,飲完好飽呢間冰室啲野食整體都唔錯,下次一定會再黎食蕃茄濃湯…Read More

近年興懷舊,冰室餐廳越開越多。今晚就來荃灣接朋友收工,順便去她公司附近的這間「樓下冰室」吃晚餐:)。冰室內盡是舊香港的設計,兒時回憶頓時湧上心頭。蕃茄控必點的茄湯通粉,茄湯稠身的質感,感覺下了大量蕃茄湯。味道酸甜,但未有想像中的濃郁。牛乳炒蛋香滑,蛋香奶香並重。點了豬潤作配餸,口感爽滑。圖片看到已十分吸引,原來實物也不弱。份量大碟,舖上了4小塊豬扒,再淋上鮮茄和芝士烤焗。豬扒預先醃製煎香,香口惹味。焗飯用了炒飯底,飯粒乾爽分明,又有蛋香味。配上鮮茄汁,酸酸甜甜很快就吃去大半盤。冰室必點瑞士雞翼,瑞士汁把雞翼醃成深啡色,入口甜甜的:)。雞翼肉質有點老,也許時間浸得有得長。非常健康的點了一碟娃娃菜,浸著雞湯的娃娃菜味道頗為清甜。特色飲品是冰室的招牌項目之一。今次點了紅綠椰冰:椰汁配上紅豆和綠豆蓉。入口是甜甜的椰香,紅豆又超大粒,全都是滿滿的童年回憶。…Read More
