約咗三個短途牌友週四晚開枱,晚餐當然係由最早收工o既XO仔負責啦!牌局喺北角進行,細佬就喺附近一家聽咗表哥推介咗好幾次o既「潮樂園」度購買。行到去和富道先發覺潮州菜館原來共有兩個舖位之多。外賣及攞位均要去門外擺出易拉架及吊出靚鵝嗰間。小肥一早打咗電話黎落單,到步後影咗幾幅靚相,廚房亦準六點半預備好哂三袋食物,效率高,且態度好。鮮炸黃門鐥魚皮($20):以透明膠袋承載o既炸魚皮超級香脆,我地一邊打牌一邊用筷子夾黎食都唔知幾爽。滷水雙拼之鵝腎拼鵝腸($118):滷水鵝腎爽而有嚼口,滷水鵝腸口感亦為爽脆,兩者o既滷水味香濃討好,就連另上o既調味醋汁一樣咁正。汕頭煎蠔餅($62/小;$90/大):煎蠔餅即使喺外賣盒局咗一陣,其質感仍能保持乾脆香口,入面o既蠔仔肥潤飽滿,如果可以重手少少就更加理想。碧綠川椒雞球($88):川椒雞味濃肉嫩,川椒葉亦芳香脆口,相信堂食應更美味。沙爹牛肉炒河粉($68):為怕河粉食用前變腍,師傅專登以芥蘭將河粉及沙爹牛肉隔開,有諗頭得黎盡顯細心之情。自撈後o既沙爹牛河少辣惹味,牛肉腍滑軟潤,整體極之可口。魚蛋魚片($36/淨食):白雪雪o既魚蛋同魚片超爽勁彈牙,加上味
