紅磡黃埔呢頭真係好多好嘢食，次次去都發掘到唔同嘅正嘢😽今次嚟到新川美食，應該可以話係𝙿𝙾𝙻𝚈 𝚄嘅𝚌𝚊𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚎𝚗，當日食嘅時候前後兩枱都係𝙿𝙾𝙻𝚈學生🤣店舖環境唔算特別大，大概有四至五張枱，所以繁忙時間可能真係要等下位～粉面選擇但係正常粉面店有嘅米線米粉拉麵，特別在於紅薯粉有得揀粗幼～食法亦都係有湯有撈麵，之後再自己擇配料餸菜💫.whampoa has a ton more food than i thought 😆 every time theres always something new to explore 😋 this time decided to try some chinese style noodles 😊 not a super big shop and not the cleanest place but the prices are very student friendly 👍 and their red starch wide noodles are really bouncy and chewy! a place worth checking out 🤤

作為煙韌控，見到有得擇寬粉就更係要試吓啦🤩果然冇令我失望，口感煙韌彈牙，好好食啊～而自家製秘製醬汁再配埋花生同碎肉真係超級之惹味，又唔會話太過咸，一啖又一啖完全食唔停口～
不過呢碗嘅配料就有少少失望，揀咗偏肥嘅肥牛($7)同埋超級咸嘅滷水蛋($6)🥺下次要試吓其他配料～

呢碗嘅配料要咗墨魚丸($6)同雞絲($7)，兩款都係正常發揮～米線軟硬度適中。整體來講呢碗米線出色在於佢嘅湯底同埋炸醬😻湯底標榜用大量豬骨同鮮肉烹製，無添加冇味精～而炸醬唔多肥肉，超惹味，完全係令到成碗米線𝚕𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚕 𝚞𝚙咗十級！！
