好耐無食鯛魚燒,今日特登黎Sogo呢間Croissant Taiyaki買,上次食都仲係18蚊,而家加到20蚊一條。口味有4款,除咗朱古力,我每樣要左1條。服務員用紙包住每一條鯛魚燒,然後用個膠袋裝住比你,非常之唔美觀。抹茶鯛魚燒其實呢度用左法式牛角包酥皮黎整成鯛魚樣,入面包住唔同餡料。上手係唔暖,不過好彩係唔影響口感。鯛魚燒外部係非常之薄脆而酥化,非常香口。而中間部分咬落去就帶點煙韌,加埋餡料就夠特別。抹茶味雖然呈綠色,不過抹茶味唔太出,我鍾意呢個抹茶餡唔會太硬或乾。紅豆鯛魚燒就稍微同酥皮唔夠融為一體。吉士打鯛魚燒就最差,唔夠滑溜。食完都有油膩感,不過真心酥皮係好好食,又脆又香口中帶煙韌,呢個口感其他地方少食到。呢個價錢食到呢個口感都算係可以呀。

食完都有油膩感,不過真心酥皮係好好食,又脆又香口中帶煙韌,呢個口感其他地方少食到。
呢個價錢食到呢個口感都算係可以呀。
