對於就讀跑馬地女校的我,對港島區的男校當然不會陌生。今天有機會來到皇仁舊生會吃飯,禮貌上,應該要對品學兼優的皇仁仔歌頌一番才對。但礙於身份上有點尷尬,因為我嫁了給一個華仁仔。在一些女校 secrets 的群組內,女生們都會作出很多結論,說拍拖就應該同某男校男生,而結婚就應該同某男校的男生。的而且確,不同男校的男生住住有不同的特點及氣質,而這夜,我看到我身邊的這個華仁仔,很享受的在皇仁仔飯堂內大吃大渴。第一道菜係蚌仁花姿乳鴿甫,色彩鮮艷,用上青紅椒、子薑做配菜,而主角當然係乳鴿片,再加埋桂花膀同象拔蚌,齋睇陣容都知好味。特別要讚係乳鴿片非常嫩滑入味,當做的子薑幼嫩無渣,正。接着係蟹粉豆腐,始終不是食蟹季節,但整體俾我想像中出色,豆腐滑溜,蟹粉亦算鮮味,唔錯。到我最期待的佛跳牆出場,原盅上枱,體型非常龐大,侍應慢慢將燉湯個蓋揭開,一揭盅,全枱人起哄,三大寸總共13隻鮑魚放在面,非常壯觀。跟住侍應將湯料逐一夾出,包括:一大隻雞,厚身冬菇,大量粗身魚翅,原隻火瞳,肥美豬軟骨等,淨係夾湯料都夾左好幾分鐘,份量可想而知有幾多。用上咁多湯料煲的湯,味鮮是一定的了,湯料嘅味道亦非同小可;鮑魚入味爽口,
