又到晚餐時間了,今次黎開尖沙咀,而且時間仲好早添,所以就選呢間係K11的Gochiso!可能真係好早,所以間餐廳沒咩人,所以兩個人可以坐四人枱,真的很舒適。事不宜遲先點餐,因為超肚餓了。先叫自家製意大利風薄切鮭魚牛油果!鮭魚同牛油果都切得好薄,而且一綠一橙相間,這樣擺盤相當吸引,淋上特製醬汁,酸酸地既開胃又美味!之後有我最喜愛的焗釀大磨菇,有兩款味道,分別係帶子帕爾瑪火腿及芝士菠菜。大磨菇好juices,沒焗到乾晒。而我就比較喜歡吃芝士菠菜,因為大磨菇同芝士菠菜的味道比較夾,而我覺得帕爾瑪火腿咸左啲同乾身,沒咁吸引我!再來一份芝味十足的黃金四色芝士Pizza配蜜糖,將蜜糖淋在pizza上都係第一次咁樣食,感覺幾特別,入口甜甜地,之後帶出芝士的咸香味。而且pizza口感煙韌,食落都幾有咬口!呢個青bb的是羅勒醬海老牛油果意粉。意粉炒得幾好食,意粉軟硬適中,唔會煮得太腍,加上香滑牛油果、酸甜蕃茄及爽口蝦肉,感覺好fresh。最後有呢兩杯特飲草莓Mojito同草莓Yogurt Frozen。草莓Mojito冰涼清新薄荷味中帶有草莓味,幾特別。而草莓Yogurt Frozen,口感好滑,同好濃
