今晚約咗好飲得嘅朋友去老蘭happy吓,不過年紀大真係唔敢貿貿然入去,於是就約定朋友喺附近嘅怡紅院火鍋料理打個厚底邊爐先。其實呢度都經過三四次,見到門面好靚,不過一直都冇機會嚟,原來唔單止門面靚,裏面嘅裝修都好有特色。九宮格嘅調味盤排列整齊,我特別鍾意佢嘅沙茶醬真係好香。呢度嘅養顏濃厚花膠雞鍋出名正,入面仲會跟半隻雞,雞肉鮮嫩,雞湯香濃creamy有膠質,我同朋友每人飲咗三碗先肯開始打邊爐。另外仲可以揀鴛鴦鍋冇額外消費,所以我哋就揀咗城寨特濃沙嗲鍋,呢個沙嗲湯味道非常濃郁,最適合做返個沙嗲牛肉麵。打邊爐當然要食牛肉,兩口子選擇咗半份嘅手切本地牛頸脊,其實份量都已經相當豐富,佢嘅油花平均,肉味夠濃,又有趙口,真係好值得俾呢個價錢享用。另外丸類我哋就揀咗怡紅丸麻辣牛丸,紅卜卜嘅牛丸,原來麻辣味都相當濃郁,如果鍾意嘅就應該會覺得幾正。蝦肉粒蝦滑呢個名一啲都冇改錯,彈牙嘅蝦膠入面有大大粒嘅爽口蝦肉,口感真係一流。韭菜餃係佢哋自家製嘅餃子,隻隻飽滿,食材又夠新鮮,就已經係一隻完美嘅韭菜餃。特色菜籃真係各適其適,應有盡有,放入花膠雞湯入面就更加突顯出蔬菜嘅清甜。遍地黃金炸魚皮其實係一個惹味小食,每
