平日都會成日食福建菜,今日去咗銅鑼灣嘅莆田食晚飯,餐廳8點鈡已經坐滿人。兩個人叫咗幾個餸:1)鹹香黃花魚依舊好香脆,有五六件魚,但今日真係太太太咸。2)鹹菜大肥腸大腸係肥美嘅,但係個湯其實同酸辣魚個湯一樣,辣到飛起,唔食辣嘅就唔好叫3)莆田扁肉湯呢個絕對冇得輸,扁肉爽滑,芫荽點綴下更好味4)金湯時蔬即係金銀蛋時菜,正正常常嘅味道5)薄荷琵琶凍琵琶凍質地似涼粉,但味道似枇杷膏,面頭再有一粒橙黃色的琵琶果肉,超好味!必食推介之-。餐廳環境比較狹窄,可以枱之間都算親密,所以如果要傾密計就未必咁適合。
