一向都鍾意食海鮮,今次同朋友聚會決定黎食下,呢度都要預早d訂位,星期日食實爆...佢最遲booking係7點半,今次帶左幾支酒黎,初初睇以為40蚊支開瓶費,點知...係80蚊支呀...最後都開左3支...我地自己係三聖買海鮮黎加工 (6款買料買左1000蚊,加酒樓叫龍蝦)老實講,呢度既加工費就貴d既..比起海天,名門應該還要貴d,不過我覺得佢又真係整得幾好食...真係一份錢一份貨...油鹽水浸花甲, 好多芹菜同粉絲,清清地,花甲又新鮮,不過係芹菜多左d姐,都唔錯既...蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇具,呢樣都基本上係膽黎,唔落豉油,靠本身海水既咸味都已經夠味喇,又唔太油...ok丫盬焗奄仔蟹,焗得乾身岩岩好,又唔太咸, 好多膏呀,又多肉...正正正...砵油焗桶蠔, 用錫紙包住上台打開...好香呀, 我地買既桶蠔又夠肥美,佢煮得好野味,好juicy,蠔邊又少少脆,好好食,將蠔味帶出又唔會太濃...好食豉汁炒蟶子皇, 我地買左大蟶子,唔會太多"獻",味道調得適中,有聖子鮮味又有香豆豉味...芝士焗龍蝦, 呢個招牌就要叫黎食下既, 不過都越黎越貴呀,今次要三百幾蚊隻,金黃色既芝士面,好香,龍蝦本身都好新鮮彈
