早幾日約左兩個朋友睇戲,睇戲之前諗住先填飽個肚,咁岩見到呢間樂天經典。佢主打南洋風既新式中菜,聽落好特別,所以就決定試下!由最好食個個講起,就係呢個黃金鹹蛋蝦球啦!呢一兩年鹹蛋興起,好似咩野食都中意加下鹹蛋咁,但就好少整得好食。呢個黃金鹹蛋蝦球真係整得鹹、香、酥,好濃鹹蛋味之餘,又仲食到蝦既鮮味同彈性,係我最滿意既一道菜。呢個蝦醬雞翼都非常好食,蝦醬味唔算太重,但好香口,雞翼亦好脆,而且份量話就話係「小」,但都有好多隻!海蜇頭係前菜,爽口,好開胃。鐵板豆腐嫩滑,下面鋪左層薄蛋餅,幾特別。扣肉包係我朋友嗌的,佢話好食,但如果舊肉肥肉既部分再多少少會更好XD最後係呢個老鼠粉煲,份量真係大到嚇親我!我地三個女仔知自己細食,已經特登嗌左「小」(佢仲有「中」/「大」可以揀),但都係食唔哂!!女仔黎計既話,佢至少有四人份量裡面除左老鼠粉之外,仲有好多料——蝦、鹹魚、蛋……等等。呢個老鼠粉煲都幾好食,不過因為食落偏鹹,所以會比較容易「漏」,真係至少有三四個人先好嗌呢道菜呀!
