今天和朋友在希慎廣場14樓名館食飯。我覺得名館有別於一般中餐,我覺得他們路線比較年輕,新潮。餐具很有特色,是一些文化大革命做主題的宣傳物。特選三精品 $98,這是個三色前菜,有叉燒,青瓜,海蜇。燒魂妙齡鴿 $58, 乳鴿甘香,酥脆,味道可口。鮮肉一口小籠包 $58, 小籠包裡面湯汁豐富。蜜椒土豆安格斯牛柳粒 $98,D薯吸曬D牛肉味,好正。蜂蜜柚子蝦球 $88,蝦的鮮味同柚子味好夾。名館蝦餃皇 $42,能比美酒樓品質,贊一個。大良鮮奶脆網卷 $48,真正能做到外脆內軟,雙重口感。欖角肉鬆蒸秋葵 $58, 秋葵是我最愛的蔬菜,加上欖角的味道,我認為當晚最好的菜色。金黃球泡飯 $68,好得意,唔督開都唔知係咩,而且好好食。
