西環有三間都幾出名的點心店,今日終於試到其中一間。其實如果正式黎講,我會咁樣去形容這家食店:一間有點心賣的茶餐廳。他的點心其實款式並不算太多,我們一行三人,點了蝦餃、燒賣、鮮竹牛肉、叉燒包、蒸排骨、糯米雞、蝦腸,鮮竹卷、粉果、馬拉糕、雞絲粉卷同鳳爪同雞扎一共十二個點心,咁多樣嘢之中,我覺得粉果最好,皆因皮唔會太厚的同時又唔容易穿,同時又唔會黐實晒,等你一夾的時候就會爛開。餡料方面除咗有平日常見嘅沙葛之外,佢仲有好多材料,好味。第二好食我會揀馬拉糕,佢用嘅糖好適中,唔會太甜。排第三的我會選鮮竹卷,佢嘅鮮竹卷真係好足料,同坊間食到嗰種得舊肉嘅好大對比,呢一間好食好多。第四位我會揀蝦餃同燒賣,上枱熱辣辣,所以特別好食,不過因為前面太出色,所以搞到蝦餃燒賣排第四。
