今日同男朋友嚟到尖沙咀食呢間手工意粉,感覺偏向fine dining,但lunch set價錢都可以接受😆一開始會先上麵包,有三款麵包,枱上仲會放咗灑咗鹽嘅牛油,三款都各有特色,我自己本身比較鍾意食法包,配埋牛油好好味😆餐湯係南瓜湯,好香甜,但質地偏稀,如果杰啲就更好喇🤣如果想要頭盤同甜品可以加$60,我哋兩個餐都有加到~我叫咗個香煎帶子伴椰菜花蓉,帶子內裡仲好嫩滑軟淋,椰菜花蓉比較少,唔太食得出咩味🙈男朋友叫咗意式三文魚薄片配檸檬刺山柑油醋~有三塊,配埋個汁酸酸甜甜幾開胃😆之後就到主菜喇,我叫咗蟹肉大蒜忌廉手打意粉 ($168),蟹肉非常多,仲要都幾有鮮味,手打意粉好彈牙,配合埋個creamy同充滿蟹肉鮮甜嘅汁,真係好好食啊!😍男朋友嗰個係卡邦尼手打意粉 ($138),個汁偏向杰身,每條意粉都比汁包圍住,當中亦都有唔少鹹肉,都幾濃味架~至於甜品,我哋叫咗紅絲絨蛋糕同埋伯爵茶意式奶凍~紅絲絨蛋糕蛋糕濕潤,忌廉好香,仲好打卡able😗另外奶凍嘅伯爵茶味直頭湧晒出嚟,入口亦好滑,十分高質☺️當然仲有普通餐飲一杯~整體用餐體驗都好唔錯,食物係精心製作,環境氛圍都同呢個價錢match嘅,lunc
