銅鑼灣希雲街一條小巷卻是美食雲集,是晚發現一家毫不起眼的餐廳,大街的是能夠看進餐廳的窗戶,黑漆漆的趟門門口竟在轉角,不留神真的會走過了。雖然門面設計高姿態,但走進內發覺店員卻是十分親切熱情,一點也沒有「串串貢」。室內主調為黑色,很有情調,佈置簡單,只有兩塊用彩色粉筆寫了特別推介的黑板,還有吊滿玻璃酒杯的吧枱櫃。我們選了坐吧枱,可在小窗口隱約看到師傅在爐上烤串燒。這裡吃的是日式串燒,款色十分多,很多食材的來貨也是高質素的日本貨,所以即使是蔬菜也有別於平常香港吃到的,非常講究。吃串燒當然要來杯酒,配合日風主題,我們要了日式梅酒。梅酒的冷度十分重要,暖的梅酒再高質也不好喝,所以師傅將一大顆冰球放在梅酒杯中央,好讓整杯梅酒得以均勻冷卻,加上這梅酒甜比酸稍微多一點點,很是清新易入口,十分好喝。原來這個美味牌角玉梅酒沒有零售,在超市也買不到,想喝還是要回來這裡呢。串燒大部分都是用秘製醬汁汁燒,原味已經夠味,不過如想隨口味令味道更豐富的話,還是有串燒醬汁提供。由左至右分別是麵豉、梅子和柚子,麵豉鹹香得來帶黃豆味,梅子鹹鹹酸酸的十分開胃,而柚子酸甜清新的味道是我最喜歡的。三款醬汁稠杰程度剛好,能夠輕易

埋單不便宜,不過能吃這麼多高質串燒又吃得飽肚,實在是可遇不可求。走在街上多些留意四周,不要只看手機,抬起頭時可能就會發現寶藏。
