Givres以美麗吸睛的玫瑰花型雪糕🌹🍦聞名，一直都未吃過，現在中環soho區開設了另一分店後，路經中環終於有機會去試了。餐廳在街口轉角位，牆身畫了壁畫，cafe有高櫈對著窗戶望正扶手登山電梯，餐廳感覺優閒，很適合下午去嘆杯咖啡或茶😎去之前已一心想試那杯Floating Rose($80)，其實是一朵美麗的手工玫瑰花gelato🌹浮在iced tea/coffee上，今天想喝iced tea，原來有數款冰茶和多款gelato可供自由組合😍最後選了antioxidant tea併紫色的蝶豆花gelato💜見店員有技巧地為玫瑰花🌹做型，再放在一塊冰塊上❄️，然後加入冰茶浮在頂層，端到我面前，真的美得為之心動💕可惜當日天氣太熱，雪糕溶得快，我要快手催花了😆碟豆花gelato口感軟滑，味道特別而帶清優，配合冰茶令整杯飲品清新，太適合這炎熱的天氣了。女孩子對著這杯飲品心情一定大好，我今天滿足了~😊
