好多年前黎過一次瑞樵閣,用餐體驗非常好,雖然食物方面唔會太精緻,不過味道唔差又大份,服務仲好好添。今次一於返黎慶祝紀念日。一早book都要waiting,好彩最後有位,我地係waitlist排第一。瑞樵閣其中一大賣點一定係環境,餐廳以瑞士阿爾卑斯山小木屋作爲背景,裝修主打深啡色同木材,播住瑞士音樂,牆上掛住瑞士裝飾,感覺真係置身瑞士。餐牌無中文,兩道菜收費$388加一,三道菜就係$488加一。先黎一個麵包籃,一共有3款麵包,服務員介紹係French roll, Rye,同Garden roll,可惜唔多暖。French roll好脆皮,配牛油好味。Rye外皮都脆。Garden roll就硬身少少同鹹少少,都可以嘅。麵包冇特別。牛油就印左餐廳個名。前菜5揀1,我地都揀左唔同菜式試試。仲可以兩個人同時揀芝士火鍋,不過我地見全部都係麵包就唔考慮。Goose rillettes with pickled root vegetables and waffle potatoes主角係兩pat鵝肉絲,配兩塊窩夫薯片。周圍放滿漬物,有迷你紅蘿蔔條,粉紅色嘅迷你茄子形瓜仔,白蘿蔔粒加迷你葉,青瓜包住沙律

主角係兩pat鵝肉絲,配兩塊窩夫薯片。周圍放滿漬物,有迷你紅蘿蔔條,粉紅色嘅迷你茄子形瓜仔,白蘿蔔粒加迷你葉,青瓜包住沙律菜,最後灑上少少菜苗。鵝肉絲有鵝味之餘夠清新,好似加左少少沙律醬,配非常脆口嘅窩夫薯片好唔錯。漬物唔太酸,頗清新。

牛舌一客3大塊,厚切兼超腍,食落都有頗濃嘅牛味,下底伴有腍梛菜,菇粒,另外有車厘茄兩粒,青豆一開兩片,薯仔粒同上面嘅焦糖洋蔥。蔬菜質素可以,薯粒雖然細細粒,不過都啖啖殿粉質。

羊架一客3件連骨,叫左3成熟,顏色粉嫩,伴有另上嘅燒汁。個人建議一定要用手拎住食,咁先食到少少脆皮而肉質超嫩口嘅羊架,用刀切開食冇左呢個口感。羊肉完全冇羊羶味,燒汁其實唔用都得。

Floating island係雲呢拿泡沫造型綿花糖上面有細細球雲呢拿雪糕,伴有雲呢拿忌廉,少少脆脆曲奇餅碎,蛋白脆餅,薄荷葉同雲呢拿醬,上面有一塊印有餐廳名嘅朱古力圓牌,碟邊用左少少酸酸哋嘅果醬同金箔點綴。賣相一流,不過甜度唔低,主打綿花糖味,個人唔太好,不過味道層次都唔錯。

Chocolate pot-de-crème係朱古力慕絲做底,中間有朱古力忌廉,加左少少朱古力海綿蛋糕,朱古力脆脆,朱古力片,曲奇餅兩片同金箔,仲有一塊印左酒店名嘅朱古力片。呢個甜品甜度都幾高,而滑溜朱古力中帶點脆脆口感。最好都係同人分享。
午餐包咖啡或茶。黎得瑞士餐廳,當然要叫朱古力啦!例牌叫兩杯朱古力。

Petit Fours
Petit Fours用塊木板上枱。有蛋糕仔配忌廉同少少紅莓乾,仲加左少少銀箔,食落非常濕潤,唔過甜,唔錯。另外有印有餐廳名嘅朱古力,中間明顯有滑溜朱古力醬,味道就冇乜特別。
今日餐廳勁繁忙,滿座咁滯,所有服務員冇時間幫手加水,而且每道菜之間要等好耐,不過冇所謂,反正今日有好多時間。服務員基本上態度良好。食物質素唔錯,而精緻度有進步,個人覺得呢度係半島酒店性價比最高嘅西餐廳(大堂就未試過),平平哋黎慶祝特別日子都幾好。
