閨蜜表示呢隻truffle好似漂白水味🛁,我又唔覺。羅馬生菜新鮮爽脆,每一啖都食到好重嘅黑松露味,沙律醬非常creamy但食得多就略嫌heavy。

同pici一樣,呢度嘅意大利麵都係自家手工製。今次呢款扁面望落同雲吞撈麵嗰隻粗麵有幾分似,偏硬身而且食落幾有咬口,同啲truffles、cheese好夾。

叫咗Medium rare ,肉嫩略帶小小筋,用鹽簡單調一調味已經足夠帶出濃郁、帶焦香嘅牛味,食肉獸至愛。side dish 又係火箭菜,究竟我今日食咗幾多火箭菜?
DESSERT
;grande tiramisu
mascarpone cheese非常軟滑,lady fingers浸得軟腍,似蛋糕嘅質地。咖啡味香甜突岀,惜酒味偏淡,面頭脆脆的朱古力碎同曲奇碎更令我覺得佢係一個chocolate mousse,與心目中的tiramisu仍有一段距離。
