The well-loved all-day dining restaurant, “The Place” of Cordis, Hong Kong is delighted to introduce an exquisite spread of seafood dishes and new hot specialties in “The Seafood Place” themed Lunch, Dinner and Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet from March 2024, all until 30 June, 2024.

Snow Crab Legs and Lobster Claws are available at Lunch Buffet while Seasonal Oysters are added to the iced seafood station at Dinner Buffet. All buffet lovers will also be able to savour iced seafood and an array of newly-added local delights at the Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet, turning “The Place” into “The Seafood Place”.

Elevated Seafood Delights at Lunch & Dinner Buffet
A wide range of iced and hot seafood items are available at both Lunch and Dinner Buffet. The popular Snow Crab Legs are added to the seafood station at Lunch Buffet, alongside with Lobster Claws, Blue Mussels, Golden Whelks and Poached Prawns. Guests can indulge in a greater selection at Dinner Buffet, including seasonal New Zealand/American Oysters, Lobsters and Brown Crabs, elevating the dining experience.

Another highlight of the dinner buffet, Steam Seafood Station featuring Abalone, Shrimp and Scallop, will continue to tantalise guests’ taste buds with its freshness. Other seafood specialties including Typhoon Shelter Style Crispy Prawns, Baked Mentaiko Scallops and Deep-fried Oysters are also must-tries for all seafood lovers.

Other than seafood items, the culinary team of “The Place” has also prepared an array of sumptuous international delicacies. The Japanese Station features a variety of Sashimi, Sushi, Maki Rolls, Refreshing Soba and Delicate Japanese Appetizers; meat lovers would love the Carving Station which serves New Zealand Beef Rib Eye at lunch and Roasted U.S. Oven Prepared Rib at dinner, as well as the live-cooking Teppan Grill Station that serves juicy Pan-fried Foie Gras (Dinner Buffet only) and different kinds of finger-licking skewers. A buffet would not be complete without a Dessert Station. Executive Pastry Chef, Roy Ma, has meticulously crafted a wide selection of sweet delights, including Earl Grey Tea Almond Financier, Hojicha Crème Brulée, Hokkaido Melon Jelly, local-style Egg Waffle, and 8 flavours of MÖVENPICK Ice Cream, which will mark a perfect end to your seafood feast journey.

Starting from now, “The Place” will also bring in the new seafood theme to Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet, available on every Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You can enjoy all-you-can-eat iced Lobster Claws, Snow Crab Legs, Blue Mussels and Poached Prawns at the Seafood Station; as well as a selection of Sushi, Salad and Cold Cuts

Newly-added highlights are local bites including Hong Kong-style Swiss Chicken Wings, Wok-fried Pork Ribs with Garlic and Chili, Mini-sized Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Hong Kong-style Soy Sauce Fried Noodles and more. Other international hot dishes such as Roast Baby Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce and Deep-fried Prawn Toast will also be available. Guests with a sweet tooth cannot miss the large spread of desserts including Grass Jelly Station, Macanese Egg Tarts, Yuzu Macaron and 8 flavours of MÖVENPICK Ice Cream etc.
