星期四同老公去葵涌廣場行街,唔知食乜好,呢間又未食過,見佢裝修又好過附近其他果幾間,就入左去,坐低一睇menu,eee,同鄧媽媽d野一樣咁ge,算啦,又唔係貴,照食啦,我地只係叫韮菜左餃子同炸豬扒泡飯,餃子好快就上卓,好大隻,個皮好薄,唔錯ge,但個炸豬扒泡飯等左成半個鐘先上卓,塊豬扒係好大塊呀,亦掩得好夠味,不過一d都唔脆,我食左少少就唔想食,只係食泡飯,雖則d野食麻麻,但佢某兩個伙計都幾有禮貌,不過真係無下次lu

我星期日放假就同朋友去左葵芳行街,行行下見肚餓,就同朋友入左一間叫一泡而紅食店,我o地叫左12隻菜同椰菜水餃,仲有酸菜牛肉米線,個米線好快就到左,我同朋友食落都覺得好好味,跟住個餃子就到左,我地覺得d餃子都好好味!

星期二同女朋友係百老匯睇完本能2,跟住就去搵野食,其實之前都經過呢間舖頭幾次,但都冇入去,今次女朋友話想試下食泡飯,加上見出面個阿姐拉客拉得咁落力,即管去試下。我叫左個沙嗲牛肉泡飯,我女友叫左個豬頸肉泡飯,等左十幾分鐘先黎,都算慢,跟住d沙嗲牛肉飯幾辣,但係係味精引發出黎的辣味,可想而知味精幾濃幾重,唔怪得我見張張枱都叫左杯野飲啦。女朋友個豬頸肉泡飯好少少,但都好重味精味。我覺得好似食梗公仔麵的湯料+飯咁,感覺好怪,好難食,食左半碗已經冇胃口喇。

原本一泡而紅我食過兩三次都覺得ok無乜問題,但近排佢斜對面新開左間分店,我唔記得個名啦,去食完都想即走!!開頭我都唔知係分店,坐低見佢d牌...點解又係泡飯..又係果張餐牌...另外仲有張餐牌係食便當既..咁當然無理由又叫泡飯架啦,點知叫果d便當仲難食過7仔d飯盒...早知我不知去7仔食便當!?

老公陪我睇完醫生, 唔肚餓但已到食飯時間, 點都要搵d野食下先.行過"一泡而紅", 本來直行直過, 但見佢有腐皮卷($15/5件), 即刻坐低.正正坐在收銀機側的圓檯, 由老闆親自招呼. 佢推介"雙魚奪金泡飯", 即是在新城電台食神爭霸戰中取得金獎的菜式, 而且驚我地唔信, 拎埋個金色獎牌出來. 後來我發現佢對人人都係咁sell, 幾好笑.一個"雙魚泡飯"$28, 已經連飲品一杯. 分量頗大, 兩個人share都飽. 泡飯湯底是魷魚加鯪魚煲成, 口味頗重, 甚有潮州方魚粥的風味. 菜包括花生, 豆腐卜絲, 蝦米及灼鯇魚. 我怕灼鯇魚有骨, 老闆話唔肯定100%冇, 但到頭來都係冇骨, 而且幾滑, 又唔腥.腐皮卷賣哂, 改要菜豬肉水餃($15/6隻). 應該是用手製, 皮桿得很好, 有咬口, 不像機製的太死實. 菜與豬肉比例各佔一半, 味道重, 比印象中中環王府的餃子更好吃.埋單$43, 平到嚇親.

之前曾經係呢間野到食過飯......味道同價錢ok,但d 衛生同service 真係唔太得呢.....我男仔初時食食下以為泡飯入面有條頭髮,諗住拎出黎啦,點知一拎就發覺係一隻蟑螂黎既>o<幾嘔心呀!之後同d 阿姐講,個阿姐就不停咁想搶返碗泡飯.....又話送杯野飲俾我地,道歉都無句,最尾碗野就俾佢搶走左!咁我地當然好嬲啦,即刻大大聲聲話"唔駛啦,點知杯野飲有無蟑螂架!"個阿姐覺得我地好似壞左佢大事咁就即刻黑口黑面囉!幾討人厭呀,我地即埋單閃人......呢件事都發生成半年前啦,自此之後就無去過食囉!

因為朋友聽完新城電台之後,就選擇去呢間食,仲食埋佢o既得奬作品"雙魚皇朝泡飯",配料唔錯有花生,豆腐干絲,蝦米,雖然配料分量唔算多,但勝o左味道配合得唔錯,而主角魚片同埋泡飯分量可足細食o既人兩人份量,魚片無腥味,但泡飯只係一般,不過整都唔錯我o地仲加o左個雙式餃子,有椰菜同埋韮菜,比之前食好食得多,之前食過比較喊,今次就唔錯啦,雞翼就係一般,不過都幾入味啦

珍貴的星期六奉獻給Jamiroquai、游水、返學、書展...放學想帶同學去北京水餃皇,後入書展場,怕到時多人,還是近近的吃飽便算。可能天氣酷熱,胃口一致地吃水餃填肚:椰菜豬肉/韭菜豬肉,前者是較清淡,吃不出味道來;後者韭菜還好。大致上肉汁是較少,不知道是否要「皮薄餡靚、晶瑩剔透」,這裡是絕對欠奉,味道尚可。

7月13日12:45跟車到葵芳,在這店開餐。這店一分為二,一邊賣泡飯、一邊賣麵食,冷氣不夠,極熱。要了擔擔麵。湯底:重師父,帶微辣。配料:花生碎、肉末,賣相尚可。麵:口感和食味都像油麵,非上海白素麵。這店午市場面有點混亂,我見有位馬上坐下,但又看見牆壁上貼著"自助售票",便馬上起身去買票,在等食時,又見壁上還貼著"如需協助,請和店員聯絡",原來可坐著落單,付錢予店員便可。因用兩種方法落單,所以時有侍應遊拿著食物,遊來遊去尋找客人。

今日剛剛同個fd去開葵芳行街,成日悶悶地,又呆呆地咁。忽然,咕咕兩聲響起,正當肚餓之際,見到間叫「一泡而紅」既鋪,個名好怪,初時都唔知係嘜,行近一睇,原來係一間用泡飯做主打既鋪,重有一間鋪連著,之後,我們一行人二話不說咁行左入去,本著一棵好奇心去試。「蠔仔肉碎泡飯」:飯面有好多蠔仔同肉碎,少少花生同一件冬菇,再用湯浸過面。蠔仔都算多,不過就無咩鮮味咁,肉碎就一舊舊咁,似肉碎件多的,舊冬菇就好難食,唔食好過食,湯既味精都幾夠味,整體都算可入口~~~~「擔擔麵」:睇落同一般普通擔擔麵無分別,面有好多肉碎,花生碎同芽菜碎,個麵質都算唔錯,唔太韌都唔太硬,湯底味精都算夠味,可入口~~~~「鄧媽媽水餃」:彈無可彈,味道算好食。白菜餃夠爽,味道清爽,韭菜餃夠野味,點薑絲醋重好食,皮厚唔易穿,不過影響口感。「酸辣雞絲米線」:一個字「好」。個碗大大碗,賣相好睇,因為有一層油薄薄係面,睇落碗油麵夠令身。米線唔會韌,為方便一些年紀大既人,所以做到一挾即散,好野。不可不提個湯底,直頭係精華所在,味精味夠鮮,一流。整體黎講,種類唔算多,不過泡飯就不過不失,始終味精好重,食完好渴。今餐最好就係水餃,本人最欣

擔擔麵$16: 麵的柔韌度十分好,有口感之餘又不硬。湯底方面,表面上好像不太濃味,但吃落又不錯,而且肉碎內加上很多花生碎和一些菜粒,整體味道絕不比詠藜園遜色,可能還好些!另加$5有2件椰菜豬肉餃子,餃子皮雖較厚(北方style),但餡料真的好似阿媽煮的一樣,簡單得來美味非常。服務方面亦值得一讚,尤其是那位男士,不知他是否老闆,非常有禮。
