一開頭仲以為牛肉會好生好韌,但原來啱啱相反,軟熟得嚟好有和牛味同嫩滑,果然係上等牛肉!以為咁高級嘅牛肉會得幾片,估唔到份量都唔少。

揀咗硬麵,所以超彈牙煙韌。

在朋友的介紹下,我終於嘗試了人生中最貴的拉麵了!這間位於尖沙咀的一盛極牛真令人一試難忘。裝修也很像身置在日本的拉麵店似的。食物選擇只有數款,但相信每樣也煮得精緻。請裡是需收加一的。每枱也提供蒜片,可隨意加在麵裡。我就點了白牛拉麵,並選了火炙和牛三份 ($198)。雖然很貴,但絲毫悔感也沒有。因為火炙和牛太美味了!牛脂味濃郁,嫩滑鮮甜,跟普通的火鍋牛差太完了。連醬油濃度、白松露、芽菜、黑木耳絲、荀、紫洋葱、葱、紅椒絲、紫菜的份量也有得挑選,當然還有麵的韌度喇,就連溏心蛋也煮得很完美。湯底鮮甜,喝光也不會太口渴,絕對真材實料。再配上波子汽水 ($18) 就爽~

「一盛極牛」位於尖東附近酒店林立的地段一間以牛骨湯、和牛出名的拉麵店行完美麗華商場就用左openrice 搜查左呢間評價不錯的小店。尖沙咀難得食到日本情懷的餐廳裝修得好有日本居酒屋小店既風格令人忘卻煩惱~~與日本餐廳一樣,可以揀的種類不多真的是以拉麵、和牛為真材實料餐廳標榜採用二十小時煮成的牛骨湯和牛更是用珍貴的熊本黑毛和牛所用的麵是真空雞卵麵極牛拉麵用火灸火燒過的黑毛和牛牛介乎於半熟,保留肉汁的味道雖然比較薄,所以輕輕一燒油脂都一一流出蛋乃日本蛋,魯過的汁醬的蛋非常鮮甜拉麵我揀左硬身,但依舊的彈牙爽身最重要的是它們的湯底非常濃郁非常甜~~~

放工後約朋友喺尖沙咀食飯, 由於我地兩個都係拉面嘅愛好者, 所以每一次約都係食拉面。今次都唔例外, 揀咗喺尖沙咀金巴利道嘅一盛極牛。夜晚7點到, 見唔到門口有人排隊, 所以直接入去, 而侍應亦都好快方排咗位置俾我地。呢間野唔多選擇, 基本上只有三款以牛做主題嘅拉面或拌面, 只係以牛做主題嘅拉面店喺香港唔多, 咁樣做亦顯得佢地相當大膽同對自己嘅出品好有自信。我就揀咗佢地餐廳主打嘅極牛拉面。拉面嘅醬油濃度、面嘅軟硬度同埋配料例如芽菜、黑木耳絲、荀紫、洋蔥等等都可以俾你選擇份量, 就算double都唔會另外加錢。至於拉面嘅重點 - 和牛刺身亦可以俾你選擇份數, 價錢就根據你叫嘅份數已定。今次醬油嘅濃度同拉面嘅軟硬度都係揀適中。落單後大概等15分鐘就上菜。上菜嘅時候都仲見到和牛喺半熟嘅狀態, 再過多陣就俾啲醬油湯浸到基本上熟哂。和牛睇落都幾細塊又薄, 食落去充滿牛味, 咬落去好軟同埋啲肉汁會咇出黎, 牛味即刻填滿咗口腔。據餐廳講, 拉面係用咗黎至日本嘅南天製面, 所以質素有保證, 食落嘅口感亦都係啱啱好。呢間拉面店嘅主理人係日本人, 而材料亦都係黎日本, 如果想食正宗嘅拉面, 可以黎試試呢間。
