2025年1月1號,難得嚟到上水,泊低架單車。搵到一間可以食拉麵,點都要試吓啦。店面同埋店入邊都環境好好,就好似去咗日本咁。有陣時就係鍾意呢種感覺,你知啦我哋呢啲打工仔唔係下下都可以即刻飛到日本鄉下㗎嘛。二話不說,坐低之後就嗌咗個一鳴拉麵,仲加咗個餃子。本身諗住飲番杯啤酒,但一陣要踩車(踩單車),注意安全,咁就飲少咗杯啦。為己為人呀嘛。講返啲嘢食先,個拉麵我揀咗太麵。太麵嘅麵質一流,簡直係無得頂。咁當然塊叉燒都重要啦,外軟內脆。唔係,係外脆內軟先啱。食過返尋味。當然,個餃子都超正。如果假期難得踩單車,或者都可以過呢邊食個拉麵補充體力。 順祝各位新一年身體健康。
