舊式上海食店買少見少,所以要支持下。小籠包係大粒嗰種,小籠包嘅皮比較薄,好易穿,夾嘅時候要小心D,入面D餡好食,有少少湯而唔係爆湯嗰種。油豆腐粉絲湯就普普通通,呢個已經唔係舊式上海小館嘅味道。嫩雞燴麵改咗用雞絲,個汁都仲係舊式杰杰地嗰種,都好食。菜肉雲吞都係D經典上海點心,雲吞皮比較厚身,都算正宗。杯豆漿幾好飲。 continue reading

去舊式上海舖食舊式上海菜,味道一般不過風味搭夠,叫咗三樣嘢食,味道都係偏甜,不過係收貨嘅。小籠包一龍五粒自己有師傅整算係咁啦,小籠包快皮偏薄所以好容易穿,我哋五粒就穿咗兩粒。上海粗炒麵係經典上海小館嘅菜式,梗係要試一下啦,呢個最甜,好彩畀想像中少油,個粗麵同啲配料味道同新鮮度都合格嘅。油豆腐粉絲湯中規中矩啦,唔好妄想係以前嘅油豆腐甚至乎有百葉,依家全部都係豆腐卜代替,個湯唔係好鹹所以我覺得都ok。反而個豆漿幾好飲,我幾鍾意。 continue reading

很久前試過一兩次, 感覺是一般, 小菜還是可以,但小籠包印象就不太好, , 包汁都因皮穿沒有了. 突然想食小籠包, 決定再試這間老式上海舖頭, 老婆都警告咗我, 小籠包都係冇汁, 但係我估可能上兩次咁啱做得唔好, 冇理由次次都冇汁. 今次叫咗個小籠包同埋炒年糕, 炒年糕不過不失, 但小籠包仍然點蒸道皮穿肉汁走曬, $41 一籠5隻, 咁嘅價錢點解唔可以做好少少, 應該都唔會再有下次. continue reading

難得的傳統上海味道此終尋,就在大埔舊墟。先來小籠包一客,又入門口右手面點心師傅角落即叫即蒸(傳統上海食店就是有點心師傅的小廚房),油點菜到有得食大約20分鐘,所以如果心急嘅朋友可以一坐低就先點小籠包。因為想飲酸辣湯又想食菜雲吞,所以直接叫咗酸辣雲吞,一次過滿足兩個願望。酸辣湯材料好足,有雲耳絲、豬紅絲及豬皮絲等傳統材料。上海粗炒和炒年糕之間點了炒年糕,用雪菜肉絲炒,味道不錯,只是年糕有點軟林,如果煙韌一點應該會好食啲。 continue reading

懷舊的老上海味道真的可遇不可求。窩貼厚厚的皮蒸焗煎的火喉做到恰到好處,點醋吃就是懷舊的味道。酸辣湯和砂鍋雲吞雞之間選了不辣的砂鍋雲吞雞,此砂鍋雲吞雞份量十足性價比高,十多顆上海菜肉雲吞加上半隻雞,雞算大隻,令湯像是少了點,不過入味好味,讚。炒上海年糕選了配三鮮,火腿片雞肉絲黃芽白,可惜年糕質感偏軟,如煙韌點估計口感更佳。松鼠黃魚貨真價實,百多元價錢CP值高。甜點選了豆沙鍋餅,份量比想像中要大,竟然可分到12件。 continue reading
