識人拎海鮮,十四個人,book 咗晚飯,帶海鮮加工。叫咗沙薑雞腳,好食到無得彈,幾乎要每人食三隻先得因為太搶手,影唔切仲有個炸腩,好食到爆,唔計海鮮,呢個腩已經幫間舖加好多分到海鮮,七款,加工得超好食,係超越酒樓,唔計海鮮新鮮,真係好有心機去相唔多講,加埋我哋飲啤酒,好盡興下次會再來

由於嗰日晏晝去飲,食咗好多肉,結果夜晚嚟呢間,見到枱面咁多食物,其實都有少少驚,不過叫咗一大鍋羊腩煲,不算太多人吃,我還是踴躍試一試,太大件的羊腩,不過其實,下邊的Gas爐一直燒着,羊肉有難免會越煮越老,到後來更加難吃得開,不過它的羊腩本身也不算太濃,味道不算太據羊羶香。而且個蒜蓉蒸蝦陳村粉,因為我本身這幾天都不算特別肚餓,它又沒有太吸引,陳村粉闊得來都有點長,因此不太肚餓的我,不覺得特別吸引炸普寧豆腐是半三角形的狀態,一個個三角形的脆炸豆腐,香口,想不到小嬰兒竟然伸出小手拿起小粒炸蒜來吃,真過癮。平時都不太喜愛這種燉的甜品,不過這次這個椰皇燉鮮奶,味道不算太甜,又帶點溫度,吃落相當暖身,亦都可以用小匙羹刮椰皇內側的肉,相當清爽。其實這間小菜和之前那個昔日歌手的那間三小姐還有沒有關係呢,我也一頭霚水,不過這次是因緣際會,大家的家中不適合吃晚飯,才會扶老攜幼晚上來熟食市場而已。

平時都不太喜愛這種燉的甜品,不過這次這個
椰皇燉鮮奶,味道不算太甜,又帶點溫度,吃落相當暖身,亦都可以用小匙羹刮椰皇內側的肉,相當清爽。



其實這間小菜和之前那個昔日歌手的那間三小姐還有沒有關係呢,我也一頭霚水,不過這次是因緣際會,大家的家中不適合吃晚飯,才會扶老攜幼晚上來熟食市場而已。

溫馨提示:五六日,提早book定枱位於大埔街市,平民大排檔小炒店風味非常地道就連金磚豆腐都是自家製的,外脆內嫩,相當有誠意。出名嘅(龍仔蝦)都是必食之選香糯嘅飯底,面頭配上蒜蓉開邊鮮蝦,味道香濃,隨荷葉香氣漂升,及罕有籠仔賣相,非常值得一試。另外認為幾特別嘅菜式係Wasabi手撕雞估佢唔到落咁重手嘅Wasabi味,入口即刻攻鼻,不過配上嫩滑雞,給清爽青瓜,開胃菜最適合。排骨陳村粉欠缺本土應有陳村粉味,味道較淡,需額外上豉油。。。所以有待改善千島骨肉身軟腍,千島醬相當不錯,也是必叫總括,人均130左右,八款菜式八個人。大排檔你講分量都相當適合,性價比高。可再一戰👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

叫人驚喜的是糯米蝦🦐,叫人失望的是OpenRice熱門排行榜首居頭三的千島骨😿

一向都喜歡食沙拉骨的我,認為呢碟真係比較遜色,唔明白點解會係熱門,睇見隔離枱有更多菜式,例如:燒乳鴿、黃金魚皮、水煮牛肉、雞煲都好吸引!

講返碟千島骨,賣相一般,一放落口…唔熱既🥲呢樣真係唔得,而且似炸左好耐咁偏老👎🏻最後我都冇食晒剩低左

It is inside the wet market, quite convenient and you can go there from Tai Po Market station for 5-10mins.You can’t expect a lot for the staff and environment there for a wet market place. Food there is great and not expensive. You can also have a wide range of selections of food.豉椒炒蜆 is quite nice and tasty, and the flavouring is good椒鹽豆腐 does not have taste at all, we think the chef even did not put salt沙拉骨 is soso and the sauce is not that good腐乳炒通菜 is just normal.黃金九肚魚 is nice and the taste

聽朋友講起三小姐好耐,但一直未有機會踩入大埔。嗰日我地喺大學傾完嘢,男友提議不如入大埔搵食,咁我就即時醒起可以去吓三小姐食小菜喎!我地都係第一次上去大埔市政綜合大樓熟食中心,環境都幾寬敞,光線充足,冷氣都非常夠,令我對熟食中心嘅既有印象完全改觀!唔知係咪因為仲有限聚令嘅關係,熟食市場唔算太爆棚,起初都很擔心搵唔到位。點知一去到就即刻有位,好開心!仲見到黃老闆真身!我地點咗椒鹽九肚魚、酥炸蠔餅同埋啫啫生菜煲。三小姐名物「椰皇燉鮮奶」則後上。三個小菜都熱辣辣地上枱,好有大牌檔嘅風味,份量嚟講都好夠,只係九肚魚比較瘦身,或者唔係當造時候?三小姐名物「椰皇燉鮮奶」果然名不虛傳,椰味濃,鮮奶滑,很有驚喜!完全中和咗小菜嘅熱氣感覺,滋潤番個味蕾,並為這頓晚餐寫上完美嘅句號!

今天家人專程來大埔支持黃翊老闆。
一向不喜歡到大排擋食飯,因為覺得環境和洗手間衛生程度差。因為腰骨不好,大排檔通常坐沒椅背的櫈子,坐得久了腰背痛。

通常食嘢,想知好唔好食,就睇吓邊個店舖最多人幫襯,今日喺大埔,行勻成個街市大樓,見最多人幫襯就係三小姐,所以試試因為唔係太肚餓,所以就叫咗小炒王,同䜴椒排骨陳村粉,小炒王一到,就覺得麻麻地,因為個小炒王炒得好濕身,冇乜鑊氣,腰果唔脆,好多西芹,我食開係用土魷,佢就用鮮魷,成碟小菜冇乜香味個陳村粉更加麻麻哋,啲排骨好硬好柴,冇肉味,所以食剩好多排骨最後店員推介食椰皇燉鮮奶,更加失望,燉鮮奶唔滑,冇乜奶味,又冇乜椰皇香味我見其他人都好似食得幾好味,可能我揀唔啱菜式啦
