今晚朋友請食飯,知道呢間餐廳係觀塘有分店,能夠再開一間係中環,應該有咁上下實力。朋友點左五指毛桃燉湯,足料又夠味,十分滿意。然後係蓮藕蜜椒骨,藕片脆,個骨又好入味。之後係准山年糕泡蜆,係湯汁上嘅,正常發揮。再嚟係啫啫生菜煲,冇左連鎖酒家那樣的大浸蝦醬同滋滋聲,佢又有份高檔路線版既美味,唔會成浸味但係入面加左肉碎同個汁令到個菜好惹味。有時反樸歸真,一碟生菜反而更加見到廚師既功力。最後既桃膠豆腐花,唔會太甜亦有內涵。另外呢度嘅中菜上菜全部都有plating, 未食已經賞心悅目了。

好朋友返來香港好想食中菜,在open rice 搜到這間店。這家在商廈裡面,環境很舒適,不會覺得很吵雜。這家是走精緻中菜的路線,看他的menu 的菜式圖片都覺得得很精緻。看見很多都很想吃,但人少吃不到那麼多。最後點了個艇家醬香炒蜆,蜆肉夠肥美,没有沙,這個醬有點甜甜的很香。還有點了蓮藕蜜椒骨,反而這個菜令我最驚喜的就是這個又薄又脆的蓮藕片而且沾了些蜜糖十分好吃😋。朋友想吃這個紅湯酸菜辣煮龍躉球,我覺得這個紅湯酸菜的酸度剛好,龍躉球夠厚又夠彈牙,裡面還有其他配料有豆腐,牙菜,薯粉等。這個金菊桃膠燉手工菊花豆腐真的可以顯出師傅的手工。還有這間桂花烏龍茶都很好渴。
