個魷魚已經加錢由例牌轉做中size

話比8個人食 份量真係偏少
一人夾兩舊都無曬lur
酸辣湯就大份啲


一家人嚟食 食埋甜品就好滿足

二人食飯永遠都唔比枱,一定要你搭枱,盡算有細枱比你入都會要求你食緊時要調枱,事情是咁的:平日夜晚7點左右兩公婆去食飯,食飯時間預咗要等位。拎左飛係walkin 第一張籌,前面有1張6人訂枱。等了10分鐘有半張枱埋單,要搭枱,問我坐唔坐,雖然現在開始放寛,但疫情仍然每日2萬單,我見他們細枱都沒有膠板間隔,於是我決定等下一張細枱不搭枱。再等了10-15分鐘,門口一張細枱兩位女士埋單,於是我上前問是否可入座。但職員竟然話你現在可入,但如果突然有3-4人來walkin, 你需要調座去隔離大枱搭枱,讓座他們。宏觀全間店都無乜只有2人座位的方枱,多數是可坐3-4人的細圓枱,以他的安排座位方法,如果我唔想搭枱即係永遠都唔使入座,除非你接受食食下有3-4人來walkin 比佢調枱。呢間上海野未裝修前食過都唔係咁。等左半個鐘都食唔到,嘥氣。

雖然叫美味齋 但呢到唔係食齋嘅上次試過羊腩煲 今次就試下雞煲因為雞煲都要等一陣 所以食住啲前菜先鳳尾魚炸得好香 加埋少少糖漿 好開胃不過我覺得唔加糖漿都夠味同香口香辣牛筋個汁係酸酸地辣辣地咁 啲牛筋好淋 夠入味我就覺得成個菜濕咗啲醉雞煲 一隻 $300啲雞係另上嘅 我哋叫咗一隻 分咗兩次落咁就唔會有啲雞太熟酒香好夠 不過我就覺得啲雞肉唔夠味 要點佢跟嘅豉油嚟食走油元蹄呢個唔記得咗exactly幾錢 好似$200超大份元蹄我自己唔係特別鍾意食肥膏 就試咗一舊個汁唔會死鹹 有海味嘅鮮味 啲菜吸咗啲汁好好食成舊肉夠淋夠入味 豬皮位好香 肥膏位係入口即化 瘦嘅位唔會柴如果係鍾意食肥豬肉會覺得好正最後呢到係唔收加一 啲侍應喺到好多年 會同啲街坊吹水 好有人情味☺️

呢間黃大仙老字號嘅正宗上海菜館,細細個已經嚟呢度食上海嘢。中間經過易手停業,最近老闆的二代傳人再次接手經營。菜館其中一樣招牌菜式當然就係小籠包,上枱熱辣辣咬落爆多湯汁。小籠包皮略厚但可接受。上海粗炒配菜分量十足,食落一啲都唔油膩,唔會食到成口油,CP值高。醉乳鴿酒香濃郁,乳鴿浸得好入味,食到師傅嘅手藝。海蜇份量十足非常爽口彈牙鳳尾魚清甜香脆,送酒必備嚟到美味齋除咗食到正宗嘅上海味道,一邊食重可以食到人情味同親情。見到老員工一直以來殷勤嘅服務幾十年不變。雖然而家都好興QR code落單,但現任老闆堅持人手落單免收茶介,佢話咁樣先係真正服務食客。宜家食物質素又好服務又好嘅餐廳真係買少見少。

味道是仍舊好食,不過個鱔糊無左中間果個碎蒜蓉改為蔥油我有點失望(但媽媽鐘意這改變,哈)

餐牌仍舊非常非常多選揀,簡單麵食客飯,涼菜,熱炒小菜,煲仔菜,連羊腩煲都有。
放心,我仍會常來,哈!

呢間食店大大話話,在鳳凰最少都有超過三十年歷史,曾經停業数年,最近在原址重開,以前我亦幫襯過此店,感覺都有正宗上海食店作風,食品濃油赤醬,侍應招呼欣勤,所以知道此店重開,就帶同靚媽及细仔仔,在11月18日到此老店捧場,希望重拾往昔味道,首先一踏入此店,我就覺得自己年輕咗,因此店嘅樓面,侍應,全是銀髮一族,九成係以前在此店工作嘅老員工,再次為此店服務,而呢班老員亦保持到當年待客水準,添茶,收碟相當勤快,咁嘅年紀有咁嘅工作效率,實在難得,值得食客尊重,至於此店食物質素,可以講係保持到老店水準,一食落口,幾拾年前食上海菜的感覺返晒來,呢餐係冇令我失望的上海館晚餐,而唯一令我不快嘅係,此老店亦與時並進,學現時新派上海菜飯店一樣,客飯套餐衹得一餸一飯奉客,又係令我冇咗當年食,上海館客飯感覺,總結,此店食物普遍有B級水平,又有,一班老伙記嘅熱誠服務,此老店值得支持

幸好當晚廚房不算忙碌,可以一嘗高力豆沙,$60/6個,價錢平民,厚厚砂糖覆蓋剛炸好的蛋白。入口外脆內彈,從未嘗過如斯厚實彈口的高力豆沙,惟豆沙餡偏少,稍稍不夠喉。

臨走前再外賣一盒醉乳鴿供家父送酒,家父不愛冷食也全盤清空,相信味道亦不同凡響,哈哈。

值得一提,店內坐位頗擠擁,平日晚試也需排隊,是次等候時間約20分鐘,不過可一嘗舊式上海菜及那種人情味,值!

The old and experienced chefs re-open this authentic Shanghainese restaurant recently.The dishes are palatable and its spicy deep fried chicken , deep fried eels with sour & spicy sauce and Gaoli Sweetbean buns are the signature dishes as always.It has renovated its inner decoration and become much tidier than before.

以前老店時好鍾意呢間餐廳既人情味同餸菜既味道,最近去新址食。地下好油膩同飯碗都好油膩,叫左個韮菜(冼)糊,味道唔似以前,有點腥。上海粗抄波咩味道,生煎包完全唔香口,好淋。味道同以前唔同哂,但老闆同果位叔叔仲好客氣有禮貌。但果位姐姐就黑口黑面,服務麻麻。往事只能回味。
