點咗鵝腸併豬大腸,芝士蝦伊麵,椒鹽魷魚鬚,荔枝梳打同提子梳打.

優點:

1, 潮州打冷居然有荔枝同提子梳打,夠創意!

2, ......再搵唔到優點鳥!

缺點:

1, 冷氣不足!

2, 豬大腸質素比標記韌.

3, 蝦伊麵嘅蝦唔挑蝦腸都算!蝦隻又細,都算!蝦肉口感有D霉,完全唔彈力!好明顯D蝦已經唔新鮮,但照出菜俾客!

4, 椒鹽魷魚鬚一上枱,顏色偏深,都算,魷魚鬚件件口感過韌,唔彈牙,唔掂!

5, 相比起標記,每一碟菜份量都不足!

6, 埋單$334,我幫襯標記食四個菜加兩罐汽水,鵝腸併豬大腸,蠔餅例牌,豉椒炒聖子,椒鹽鱔球,都只係$331!

貴又貴過標記,份量又少過標記,質素又差過標記,依家完全明白點解標記門口排哂隊但九記就.....!即時將九記列入本人在世至今遇過最差打冷店!

呢一餐飯我哋食咗$1024 我見到有$23喺啤酒錢 所以我有理由懷疑呢個女人喺認識餐廳嘅負責人 佢甚至係係呢到返工負責賣啤酒 我本身唔歧視賣啤酒嘅行業 但係因為我哋唔飲啤酒 係佢自把自為幫我哋叫咗一支 係佢自己拎咗錢出嚟話請我哋飲 佢自己一個人飲咗半支 最後竟然要我哋幫佢埋單 呢種行為我極之討厭

我唔知佢呢啲行為有冇犯法 ,但係如果我啲朋友唔係到嘅話 我會果斷報警 因為我唔想影響到佢哋嘅心情 再加上佢哋本身食完飯 之後有自己嘅節目 唔想阻到佢哋 所以我決定係呢到講出嚟 餐廳方面可能個老闆係唔知個女食客咁樣做 個老闆曾經經過過我哋張枱好多次 佢都冇理會過 所以我相信應該係佢啲朋友甚至係佢指示個女食客咁做

所以大家如果想去呢間餐廳之前 有個心理準備會俾個女人騷擾甚至會非禮你哋啲男朋友/老公 如果你願意嘅話 你就去啦
相我就冇影到啦 因為嗰刻我根本冇心情影相
總之我自己係認為呢個女人好恐怖 更可能有係有精神病

黑椒牛柳粒 係芹菜炒牛扒塊 完全唔係牛仔粒 同埋根本冇黑椒味 啲肉又韌
炒菠菜 正常 好難炒得唔好食
開邊煎魚 呢個味道還可以
豬紅煲 好細碗 一碗得幾舊 唔抵食
炒鴨腎鵝腸紅腸大雜燴 鴨腎同紅腸正常 鵝腸食咗一啖 即刻嘔返出嚟 去食肥媽都冇咁嬲 有腥有臭 都唔知有冇洗乾淨

旺角區想打冷又想避藍店,所以揀左依間😂。兩個女仔食,唔算好飽,價錢同個碟頭成正比,都算抵食😆。蒜蓉炒豆苗 $68叫左少油少鹽,尚算可以接受到啦,但食得打冷都難免係比較油同比較鹹㗎啦😩。豆苗係真係豆苗,唔會有根,個莖位都唔會好硬。炒都岩岩好,入口都好嫩😍。椒鹽九肚魚 $88炸得唔錯嘅,上菜嘅時候都係熱辣辣😚。人生第一次食九肚魚🤣,都係覺得椒鹽鮮油或魷魚鬚好食啲。相比其他,依個餸較貴,但都唔會覺得唔抵。細蠔餅 $60以市區來講$60一個細蠔餅都差唔多!但我地覺得個粉漿好似有少少厚,食落去明顯地食到啲粉。不過勝在佢啲蠔仔數量都好多,同埋啲蠔都大粒,所以問題都不大🤨。叫左支Asahi $28埋單$244(無加一)

以市區來講$60一個細蠔餅都差唔多!但我地覺得個粉漿好似有少少厚,食落去明顯地食到啲粉。不過勝在佢啲蠔仔數量都好多,同埋啲蠔都大粒,所以問題都不大🤨。

我諗大家對於一間通宵經營嘅潮州打冷一啲都唔陌生 今日同同事夜晚收工之後特登出咗去旺角 就係食呢間潮州嘅打冷我地點左炒通菜 咕嚕肉 牛雜 仲有當然係唔少得嘅招牌豬紅 炸豪餅。食物上菜嘅速度好快 而且味道都好有鑊氣 特別推薦佢哋嘅豬紅 可以講係必食之選。咕嚕肉來講佢哋都可以處理得非常香口 加上醬汁都可以配上成碗飯 不過可惜嘅係食物嘅份量都偏細 如果五六個人 就算叫咗好多碟都未必夠食不過我哋就係鍾意佢嘅環境勝在有人情味 而且非常本土。

今天約了朋友晚飯,午餐唯有自己解決。走著走著不自然走到九記打冷,我記得已有2年沒有吃過了,想著想著就走了進去。我不假思索便叫了一個潮州煎蠔餅,一個腐乳炒通菜,和一碗白飯。從前,當想吃打冷,不奇然就會想到九記,可能是因為住在九龍的關係吧,位於旺角的九記的確十分方便。食物的味道還是那樣,沒有什麼驚喜,但它的份量郤好像貨幣一樣"縮水"了;如果只基於食物、環境及服務質素作為評分標準,其實可能九記是剛及格而已,但我想我吃的是那份感情吧。潮州煎蠔餅,鬆脆的表面,加上一粒粒的蠔仔,我的大愛,暫没有與其他打冷店比較,但這次的確略Over-cook,還有不夠蠔仔。腐乳炒通菜,一個簡單的菜式,想要做得出色其實一點都不簡單,而這次就的確有點失望。

一諗起食蠔餅就梗係一定要去食打冷咁先原汁原味,不過都要去D老字號鋪頭幫襯咁先有信心保証,就前晚去旺角呢度開飯入到去已見滿座就知得唔得,仲有幾多後生仔女去食添,我都點番幾款人氣美食,而且仲4人同2人套餐提供價錢實惠又抵食,我都唔執輸叫咗2人套餐,再點埋其他菜式一同品嚐唔少得叫枝啤酒一邊飲一邊食咁先至有feel,先來有韭菜豬紅同肉碎蠔仔粥食住先,先食番啖熱辣辣既粥再落少少胡椒粉,食到蠔仔啖啖鮮味又多汁再加上肉碎就咁食已經好好食,再食舊豬紅入囗香滑爽彈口感十足,點埋辣椒油食更惹味其後梗有鹵水拼盆一次過又可以食到不同特色食物鵝腸、墨魚、金錢肚、牛柏葉、豬頭肉、香腸同生腸食得夠滋味再來輪到套餐頭盤有鵝片入口肉質嫩滑帶點脂肪香甜食落啖啖肉另一款係潮州煎蠔餅,煎得金黃香脆而主角蠔仔肉質飽滿又大粒,再連埋碗白粥一齊食已經好滿足,跟住仲有西蘭花鮮魷同胡椒豬肚鹹菜粉腸湯夠晒豐富又滿足到食慾又咁快品嚐完一餐潮州美食。

同男朋友放假行完街,突然好想食潮州打冷,所以去左先達旁邊的九記潮州打冷,其實印象中兩、三年前食過,唔錯,所以決定encore 。點知中唒伏!同大家分享一下,我地兩個人叫左四個餸:一)椒鹽豬頸肉,呢個緊要呀,全部炸粉,真係完全一啲都食唔到有豬頭肉。二)豉汁蒸倉魚,我真係第一次食到蒸魚用D鼓油好似日本餐廳魚生點D鼓油,直頭用難食來形容。三) 啫啫雞煲,完全就是將D白切雞放入個煲到,仲要放上枱面凍冰冰嘅感覺,簡直食到想喊。四)蒜蓉白菜仔,呢個係唯一一個可以放入口既菜,而炒呢個餸,相信大家都會認同難度分係一分⋯總之最後結論:好失望,每碟餸份量不多,但因為味道不佳,每一碟都食淨,而最後我地唯有係叫多幾支啤酒填飽個肚離開。短時間內不回頭了!

原本想光顧阿來泰菜,只是等候的食客實在太多,也就只好放棄了。老公說附近的這家九記也不錯吃的,便改吃潮州打冷了。  這九記一派茶記格局,冷氣通風只屬一般。餐牌上除打冷菜式外,也有家常小菜,典型的開飯格局。  韮菜豬紅($45)用的是鴨紅,口感滑溜,驚喜的是用上肉湯來熬煮,湯汁鮮甜。 蠔仔粥($35)湯底有不少方魚碎,入口一陣香鮮,那鮮味來新鮮的蠔仔,雖然蠔仔不多但鮮香肥美,當中還有特別壯大肥美的「中蠔」,粥麋米粒分明,很不錯。 鹵水鵝片($83)是成本的考量吧,用的是冰鮮鵝片,肉質死實欠肉香,可惜了那清香的鹵水。九記口味偏清淡,味精不多,潮菜當中較為少見,只是風味稍欠,就是一家街坊潮菜吧!

星期日晚友人說為免要等位,六點半就到來,時間雖然早但入坐率接近八成。坐低翻一翻餐牌,就定好了點一個餐,餐包括胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味太重遮蓋了豬肚的味道如果嚐辛就會喜歡,西蘭花炒牛肉,菜炒得夠爽身牛肉亦夠嫰不鞋口,煎蠔餅蛋粉太厚蠔量不太多故沒有太多蠔味。鵝片亦沒甚驚喜。雖然友人話平時宵夜時候好多人排隊等吃,唯可能該帶少潮州打冷所以多人吃。
