專程到元朗yoho mall影風聆,影完相搵食,不過完全不想選擇商場內的餐廳,上網碌下碌下見到食滬菜食評及照片幾好,就決定這間吧!上到二樓發現地方幾大幾寬躺,感覺舒服水煮牛肉上網見到食評推介水煮牛肉,水煮牛調味除左花椒,還有黃豆芽、白菜葉等,香辣味道好濃,水煮牛肉份量好多,而牛肉味道口感嫩滑味濃,湯鮮香麻辣,驚豔呢!我倆邊吃邊用面紙擦汗擤鼻,過癮另一個就是廚師推介:石鍋炒蟹粉炒飯,蟹粉又係勁多,鋪滿蟹黃蟹肉非常鮮味,上菜一段時間仍然熱辣辣不停冒煙,炒過的飯粒粒分明,底部仲有香脆飯焦,極為出色重點是店員好熱情而且超好人,我在食飯其間不小心把牛肉掉到裙上,弄髒了,同時把地方弄污,店員沒有黑面還笑著說不要緊,先把衣服弄乾淨,害我多不好意思,服務態度真心的好

另一個就是廚師推介:石鍋炒蟹粉炒飯,蟹粉又係勁多,鋪滿蟹黃蟹肉非常鮮味,上菜一段時間仍然熱辣辣不停冒煙,炒過的飯粒粒分明,底部仲有香脆飯焦,極為出色

重點是店員好熱情而且超好人,我在食飯其間不小心把牛肉掉到裙上,弄髒了,同時把地方弄污,店員沒有黑面還笑著說不要緊,先把衣服弄乾淨,害我多不好意思,服務態度真心的好

同鎮江餚肉一樣,肉既咸味好突出,同樣佢薑味亦好濃,欠缺左豬肉既鮮甜味。小籠包皮好易穿,一籠4隻,有2隻挾起左10秒就穿左。

黑松露小籠包

皮比普通小籠包厚,食落亦比普通小籠包咸,佢冇吝嗇喺黑松露醬上面,所以黑松露味好夠,可惜連咸味都唔吝嗇……搞到啲咸味同黑松露味喺度爭,好失敗
上海炒年糕
以為呢個同樣好咸啦,點知驚喜既係,佢咸味適中,年糕尚算有咬口煙韌

另外服務,侍應好似發緊夢咁,明明叫左茶,只係叫佢埋黎落單,佢問我要咩茶……叫個黑松露小籠包,佢又落錯單,俾錯松草小籠包我……

朋友和我都非常喜歡試新式的中菜,見於京滬村的廚師以前在米芝蓮餐廳工作,而價格亦十分親民,便立刻動身去訂位。當我們到的時候,發現排隊人數不少,興幸有訂位,要不然可能要等個大半小時。我們叫了他的招牌菜:拔絲地瓜,石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,魔鬼天使(小籠湯包,分別是蟹粉及蟲草花口味),花旗參湯及醉雞。果然不負所望,拔絲地瓜每粒均裹上厚度一致的糖層,咬下去香脆好吃。蟹粉炒飯的蟹粉厚厚的一層滿載於炒飯上,而炒飯本身做得十分岀色,乾身而且蛋汁均勻地裹上每口飯,拌上蟹粉簡直一試難忘。魔鬼天使的蟹粉味不太足夠,鮮肉味道搶過了蟹粉味。相反蟲草花味的香氣一咬下去就香氣撲鼻,值得推薦。花旗參湯十分足料,喜歡花旗參的朋友可以一試醉雞就有點太乾,過於濃郁有點過鹹。

花旗參湯十分足料,喜歡花旗參的朋友可以一試


醉雞就有點太乾,過於濃郁有點過鹹。

有時偶然都想食下上海菜,今次黎到呢間京滬村,係元朗都有聽過下佢既名,今次係特登黎拜會一下,順手解一解口癮上海菜必叫的小籠包,呢款係蟲草花小籠包,見到有條蟲尾係個小籠包頂頂出左黎,好搞笑。咬落去,皮唔厚,裡面湯汁與肉顯得有點肥美,而且足料,汁味濃而不膩,口感與味道都不錯呢!花菇燉花膠,又花菇又花膠,認真夠補,湯味清甜,裡面有少少豬肉,湯不似味精湯,而且花膠煮得剛剛好,超軟滑,花菇亦夠哂厚肉,啖啖菇味。酒香東坡肉,舊東坡肉超大舊啊,切開個時已經見到好滑,上面一層肥膏與肉融為一體,入口就溶,而且東坡肉超級入味,所以真係食極都唔厭五味滷鴨舌,份量好多呢,汁好濃味,所以成個鴨舌都非常之惹味石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,一上已經聞到好香石鍋飯同蟹粉味,食落去更加冇得彈,蟹粉超濃郁味道加上濃熱辣脆的石鍋炒飯,食到停唔到口

上海菜必叫的小籠包,呢款係蟲草花小籠包,見到有條蟲尾係個小籠包頂頂出左黎,好搞笑。咬落去,皮唔厚,裡面湯汁與肉顯得有點肥美,而且足料,汁味濃而不膩,口感與味道都不錯呢!


花菇燉花膠,又花菇又花膠,認真夠補,湯味清甜,裡面有少少豬肉,湯不似味精湯,而且花膠煮得剛剛好,超軟滑,花菇亦夠哂厚肉,啖啖菇味。

酒香東坡肉,舊東坡肉超大舊啊,切開個時已經見到好滑,上面一層肥膏與肉融為一體,入口就溶,而且東坡肉超級入味,所以真係食極都唔厭


五味滷鴨舌,份量好多呢,汁好濃味,所以成個鴨舌都非常之惹味

石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,一上已經聞到好香石鍋飯同蟹粉味,食落去更加冇得彈,蟹粉超濃郁味道加上濃熱辣脆的石鍋炒飯,食到停唔到口

朋友去台灣旅行啱返到香港就話要帶我去元朗食片皮鴨😬去到間鋪坐低睇完Menu之後,發覺有好多仲意食的菜式,我哋決定改食其它😜2人晚餐,水煮牛肉,巴蜀辣子雞,石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,京滬四小籠。最先上嚟係水煮牛肉,一睇份量,嚇到我同朋友都O哂嘴😱因為超大份,除牛肉之外仲有黃豆芽、雲耳,笋,粉皮嗨底,真係好足料。外面好多水煮菜式都係油淋淋,但呢度煮出嚟嘅牛肉好入味,唔油之余最主要係佢唔會太麻,太辣,啱哂我👍🏻試左四小籠之後,我最仲意都係食蟲草花。我最仲意都係石頭鍋飯,食到尾時,個底好似煲仔飯咁有飯焦,好香好好味。唯獨是辣子雞有少少失望,可能係腌的問題,又或者係因為大件,我同朋友都覺得唔夠入味,所以食剩左好多。只因太耐冇見,成餐飯可以講冇停過嘴,食同講🙊最後講下呢度嘅服務,D侍應都好有禮貌。開心的晚餐,下次要同多D朋友嚟一齊試下片皮鴨😋
