在旺角逛了很久,想找個地方歇歇腳。見到店家門口有很多明星合照,就決定去探店了。法式紫米露 $40 (爆推🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)這個是中西合璧的糖水,內有椰汁、紫米露及法式燉蛋,頗有創意。店家還放上幾塊紅色的啫喱在面,將極了寶石,顏色豐富且賣相十分吸引。一羹挖下去放入口,燉蛋的軟滑配上紫米露的爽口感,令層次更為豐富,好味😋。生磨香滑芝麻糊 $32 (爆推🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)進店我就請店員介紹,他們信心之作是芝麻糊。他們用的是湛江芝麻,每天堅持人手炒製,芝麻味夠香。芝麻糊外觀亮滑如墨,質地濃稠,又香又滑。好食的芝麻糊不能太濃稠,否則搶喉。不能太稀,否則如水。這裏的芝麻糊完全做到掛羹的效果,盛起後緩緩以下,流回碗中。吃到尾也順喉不膩,濃稠滑溜,盡見師傅的功力。薑汁芝麻湯丸 $32湯圓皮薄煙靭,內裏含有芝麻餡,配上老姜製成的糖水,辣得過癮,一流👍🏻。中式糖水看似簡單,實在很費功夫。店家堅持每日自家新鮮製作,如此高質的甜品,以這樣的價錢來說,性價的確很高,值得大家一試。@Big_Big_foodie continue reading

夜晚宵夜當然少不了吃糖水啦,這家經常要排隊的,這次特地早一點過來吃,剛好有位置!平日唔少得要返啲糖水滋補下啦!木瓜燉雪耳💰34喉嚨最近很乾,最適合來一點甜甜的滋潤,這個木瓜燉雪耳熱熱的最好吃,滋潤清心,喝下去整個腸胃都舒服了😊之前病了一段時間,這個就可以潤一下肺了!而且還可以美顏,補充水分喔!美容養生兩不誤!薑汁燉蛋💰36要來一個冷的,薑汁燉的話也很適合夏天,可以去除體內的濕氣!這家店燉蛋甜度剛好,蛋也很滑嫩👍還可以健脾暖胃,平時會吃熱的,夏天吃冷的,味道也很不錯,很Q彈! continue reading

今日喺旺角食完晚飯之後想食個糖水,搵到位於旺角通菜街,OK便利店附近嘅一間糖水舖。見到隔離兩台都點咗凍楊枝甘露$44,好耐冇食我又點咗碗試吓,質地都偏向傑身,入面有西米、西柚同埋芒果。啲芒果切到大大粒幾甜,西柚最正,夠晒新鮮又爽口,成本嘅感覺係甜中帶酸,但係又唔會好甜嗰種。之後重點咗兩個外賣。凍冰花燉蛋$35好濃郁嘅蛋味,同樣都係唔會太甜,入口嫩滑。古法養顏燉桃膠$44呢個滋潤糖水女性必點啊,入面有桃膠+桂圓+杞子+紅棗。而且個糖水又唔會過甜,啱晒怕肥嘅朋友呀。 continue reading

最近旺角通菜街嘅餐廳都轉換得好快,開始出現價錢比較平民嘅餐廳。最近,紅磡一間比較出名嘅中式糖水鋪都係旺角開左分店,呢間糖水鋪甚至連周潤發都幫襯過,門口都可以見到同周潤發嘅合照😂糖水價錢普遍都係3x蚊,最貴都係4x頭,主打懷舊中式養生糖水。桃膠桂花涼粉(加芋圓)呢個係期間限定甜品,涼粉已經好少喺坊間出現,我地普遍見到都係仙草。糖水以懷舊的玻璃碗裝住,有復古風味。除左桃膠同涼粉,仲有桂花、杞子同龍眼肉。比起涼粉,桃膠嘅份量比較多,桃膠毫無雜質,口感軟彈。涼粉口感清涼及咀嚼微彈,糖水不甜。整體口感都好溫和,完全不覺得甜膩。芋圓另外分開上,並附以薑汁。芋圓有兩種口味,分別係蕃薯及紫薯,味道突出,而且口感都唔同。蕃薯味口感微硬具口感;紫薯則軟綿煙韌。芝麻糊拼紅豆沙(加芝麻湯圓)小編第一次見芝麻糊可以拼紅豆沙,店員送上嚟時候係微溫。表面上嘅芝麻糊好似從松露片,肉眼睇紅豆沙份量比較多,但原來芝麻糊都一樣 多。芝麻味都好濃郁,口感都算滑溜。紅豆沙真係煮到有沙沙口感,同時都食到紅豆粒,甜度淡淡,KO成碗都不是難度。湯圓只有芝麻口味,但見得到自家製。糯米入面係爆芝麻糊,糯米都軟糯到好似可以拉絲咁。仁芝初旺角通菜街2Q-2Z號鴻輝大廈地下6號舖 continue reading
