米粉嘅份量,雖然正正常常,但係再加埋胡椒湯,簡直就係另一個好食嘅味道,鍾意食辣菜譜嘅朋友都可以食佢餐廳提供嘅免費菜譜,而且餐廳嘅辣椒油亦都非常出色,鍾意食辣嘅朋友都不能錯過!

鮮牛肉沙茶醬撈麵配紫菜黑豚肉餃湯。牛肉質素唔錯,係個沙茶醬比較普通,最主要係唔夠香。紫菜黑豚肉餃湯亦都冇乜特別,感覺就係味精湯加啲紫菜加啲黑豚肉餃咁啦,不過啲餸又算係多嘅。不過我覺得成件事最奇怪就係作為一間麵店,呢個撈麵竟然係用即食麵而唔係用啲傳統嘅廣東麵,即刻扣咗分。

呢間舖頭真係值得最少一個星期食一餐今日同同事又過嚟食,點咗恆常嘅胡椒豬肚湯,配搭豬肺,豬脷還有豬大腸。胡椒豬肚湯一如既往咁好味,白胡椒嘅辣度啱啱好,唔係好似辣椒咁辣,但係充滿咗白胡椒嘅香味,我懷疑佢炒過,再研磨碎,配搭柔軟香滑又有點咬感嘅豬肺,洗得好乾淨嘅豬大腸,間唔中一啖米粉,一啖豬脷,一啖湯,真係好爽。不得慨嘆一下,冬天寒冷嘅天氣過嚟食返一碗胡椒湯底嘅米粉,真係過冬天除咗煲仔飯另一個好選擇

呢間舖頭真係值得最少一個星期食一餐

今日同同事又過嚟食,點咗恆常嘅胡椒豬肚湯,配搭豬肺,豬脷還有豬大腸。

胡椒豬肚湯一如既往咁好味,白胡椒嘅辣度啱啱好,唔係好似辣椒咁辣,但係充滿咗白胡椒嘅香味,我懷疑佢炒過,再研磨碎,配搭柔軟香滑又有點咬感嘅豬肺,洗得好乾淨嘅豬大腸,間唔中一啖米粉,一啖豬脷,一啖湯,真係好爽。

不得慨嘆一下,冬天寒冷嘅天氣過嚟食返一碗胡椒湯底嘅米粉,真係過冬天除咗煲仔飯另一個好選擇

啱啱去完尖沙咀,突然醒起附近開咗呢一間店,就過嚟食個下午茶。咁就點咗牛肉餅同埋鮮牛脷,見佢好似豬什出名咁就嗌咗個豬潤試埋。啲嘢食一嚟到梗係打咗卡先啦,但係打卡嘅時候發現佢啲銀針粉上面有一條頭髮,侍應話係豉油,再俾佢睇真啲真係頭髮,佢都有換。跟住試咗一啖胡椒豬肚湯,都幾夠胡椒味。跟住個牛肉餅都幾彈辣同埋多汁,食得一陣係個鮮牛脷真係幾好食又彈牙,但係個豬膶就錄得嚡咗啲,食到一半嘅時候再食豬膶發現有一舊係酸嘅,以為錯覺咁就冇特別理啦。跟住碗嘢食得七七八八嘅時候,再食多兩嚿豬膶,其中一嚿都係微酸嘅。咁就食返件牛脷當清一清個口啦。跟住最後剩返一塊,搏一搏,都係出咗事,呢一件係超酸嘅。跟住出去收緊嘅時候,同佢反映返個情況,佢話早啲出聲換俾我,但係都食到7788純粹俾返個意見佢,可能呢兩日天氣特別熱,就叫佢哋注意返處理食物嘅過程。不過個豬油撈汁又幾好食豬油好香冇益味,豉油亦都唔會太鹹,淡淡地啱啱好。
