想不到這一家已經開了七家分店, 初時吃的時候覺得奇怪, 因為它打着元朗的名號, 但本店是在灣仔, 而家在元朗則沒有分店. 不是主打麻辣米線已經相當不錯, 湯底是胡椒豬肚湯底, 也算是潮州風味, 這裏用上白胡椒, 而且在煲湯之前精磨過, 不會有一粒粒的胡椒, 喝起來舒服, 微微辛香, 在潮濕的天氣也很適合. 配料比較特別的除了豬肚外, 就是牛肉餅, 不是一件件有麵皮的牛肉餅, 而是牛肉丸的變奏, 像是壓扁了的版本, 吃起來有肉香, 也不會追求很彈牙的口感, 味道相對天然.蔥油雞的蔥油份量澎湃, 而且薑粒夠多, 味道調得不錯, 但是雞件本身口感一般, 沒有太多雞味, 雪藏味也頗為明顯, 用蔥油來蓋過沒有太多問題, 但在處理上要注意了.

已經連續兩次畀錯我。因為唔想食辣,特地+3蚊轉清湯,結果次次都系畀我胡椒湯底。上次我投訴openrice,結果打過來電話講退3蚊抑或下次免費轉清湯。呢個唔系3蚊問題,系辣到成個餐完全唔得食。呢次專登返回店鋪換,竟然唔系重新做一份畀我,而系將原嚟嗰份倒掉胡椒湯底,加入清湯。結果仲系有辣味。因為上次嘅經驗,呢次攞餐時特登check佐收據明細,結果收據寫豬骨清湯,但實際系胡椒湯底。以前呢舖頭胡椒湯底冇而家咁辣我和同事間中都會幫襯,後尾因為量少同事食唔飽,就只有我幫襯。但呢兩次體驗真系太讓人失望。

之前要成日排好耐先有得食,今次去灣仔試吓。保持到水準,叫咗細豬什銀針粉,最愛,胡椒湯,夠勁,驅風一流,又夠味,豬什無臭味,唔太老。蠔仔泡飯芫荽味重,正呀,大大粒蠔,嫩細冇沙。價錢合理。

2/5裝修有特色,座位空間也足夠,乾淨企理。醉雞先到,淡淡嘅甜味,酒味唔重,唔太香。雞皮爽滑,但係雞肉爭小小。胡椒豬肚湯,胡椒味超級重,個人認為過火咗少少。豬雜類都偏乾身,豬油唔太香。自家五花茶少甜好飲,菜莆辣勁十足也非常好食。
