公司有同事請我地食南乳花生, 個個試食完之後勁讚,即刻搵人出去順路買, 一包細細地 HK$4.5 好抵~味道不太鹹, 感覺新鮮又脆!!回家再問家中長輩, 先知道原來呢間餅店好出名,真係失敬失敬~不過放在門口的糕點對正大馬路, 個人覺得有一點不衛生,所以我自己會淨係買獨立包裝的食物~

深水埗實在太多傳統美食,特別是我最愛的糕餅類,今次終於輪到八仙餅家~唐餅之中,我比較喜歡合桃酥,不過坊間素質參差,要做到有牛油香、鬆化、甜度適中不膩亦非易事。同事買了3款,當然包括此店有名的合桃酥~ ^^老婆餅:皮不算易散,但略為厚了點,冬瓜蓉很香甜,夠煙韌,雖及不上恆香皮薄餡靚,但都算不錯~雞仔餅:一咬便知水準不夠,硬得難以咬開而非軟腍中帶脆,南乳味不夠香濃,唯獨是豬油香較突出,食了半塊便放棄了=_=合桃酥:果然是此店的名物,總算為其挽回點面子。香脆鬆化,充滿牛油香,甜而不膩,一口氣食了三、四個,和我喜愛的台灣蜂大咖啡各有千秋,後者的偏硬身和焦脆一點,同樣好食~是日下午茶食了不少反式脂肪,為了滿足口腹之慾,代價便是要努力做運動了~

雞仔餅:一咬便知水準不夠,硬得難以咬開而非軟腍中帶脆,南乳味不夠香濃,唯獨是豬油香較突出,食了半塊便放棄了=_=
合桃酥:果然是此店的名物,總算為其挽回點面子。香脆鬆化,充滿牛油香,甜而不膩,一口氣食了三、四個,和我喜愛的台灣蜂大咖啡各有千秋,後者的偏硬身和焦脆一點,同樣好食~
是日下午茶食了不少反式脂肪,為了滿足口腹之慾,代價便是要努力做運動了~

問過身邊一些80後90後的年青朋友對中式餅的看法,答案大概是「老土」、「冇人食架啦」。不過,大部份的中式餅,對我這個老餅來說,是絕對的吸引。我想,我真的老了!今次買些雞仔餅給同事做下午茶。雞仔餅有好香的南乳味,口感煙煙韌韌,裡頭有點芝麻和五仁,香口又唔黏牙,是高水準之作。除了雞仔餅外,合桃酥、皮蛋酥和燒餅等都非常好吃,是值得專程來的地方。

It will never be enough eating for 2 fat people!!!We kept on eating in Sham Shui Po after all the good food!Next station, we came to this famous cake shop. We saw a lot of reminiscent and tasty food.We ate azuki bean cake, egg jolk pastry and walnut pastry!azuki bean cake : very soft and not very sweet! egg jolk pastry : like eating mooncake, but it's a taste-good mooncake.walnut pastry : crispy!!! full of taste of walnut!!! great!!!!

We kept on eating in Sham Shui Po after all the good food!

Next station, we came to this famous cake shop. We saw a lot of reminiscent and tasty food.
We ate azuki bean cake, egg jolk pastry and walnut pastry!

azuki bean cake : very soft and not very sweet!


egg jolk pastry : like eating mooncake, but it's a taste-good mooncake.

walnut pastry : crispy!!! full of taste of walnut!!! great!!!!

以往黎八仙一定係買佢嘅合桃酥,不過適逢新年,於是就買其他賀年食品試吓!買了薄脆、笑口棗、炸油角同花生金絲糖。薄脆最好味,有南乳味,炸得香脆唔油膩。相反,笑口棗就超肥膩,d油入晒個中心...好肥,可能係熄咗火先畢起,所以d油 sok 番入笑口棗度。油角又係唔掂,唔係肥,而係實,好實好硬,少點牙力都咬唔開。餡料不足,又唔夠甜。花生金絲糖好食,香脆多餡又夠甜。

仲買左脆角,第一次買仲係暖0既,好食,有d豬油味,好香!

十一月上旬‧陰天喜歡吃燒餅,其軟糯煙韌的口感,最得我心。是日往黃金買外置硬碟,乘小巴早了一點下車,途徑此地,見大大盤燒餅在此,十數三件,又買幾件來吃吃。燒餅的外皮是用糯米搓成的,軟熟糯口,非常不錯。內裡的是弄沙餡,香甜美味,未行到幾個街口,已全部吃清。值得一吃的。
