目前正在审核中的投訴,今早25/10 收到商家退款$65元正,所以可以不用刋登,謝謝!🙏16/10 早上在凯日飲早茶,因微信支付网络不當,导致容户在10:30分已支付$65元,但是收银员未能成功收到,客户被要求重新再支付$65元一次,支付時間為10:33分。及后,客户查詢微信支付,確認成功支付了兩次付款 $65元给商家(凯日),並告知须直接联系商家要求退款!分别在17/10及23/10 聯絡凱日寫字樓要求退錢,至今以「仍未收到銀行月結單核實資料」為理由,仍然未安排退款$65元給客戶!(不過,對於微信支付的不協助與商家溝通,代支付方向商家核實已收到2次款項一事,真的令人感到非常失望及不愉快! 故決定以後暫停使用微信支付,改用其他付款方法較佳!) continue reading

一大班朋友晚飯,選了這家環境光猛而裝修簇新的酒樓。我們點了多款餸菜:- 鮮鳳梨拔絲黑豚肉 ($138)色彩鮮艷奪目,醬汁有黏性,就成為拔絲一樣,黑豚肉軟腍彈牙。脆皮太爺雞 ($168)擺放得整齊,外皮香脆,雞肉嫰滑。西蘭花蝦球 ($148)西蘭花爽脆,蝦肉剛好熟透,質感爽口。豉汁帶子蒸豆腐 ($138)一共有六件,帶子肉腍身,豆腐嫰滑。鮮百合炒龍躉件 ($198)龍躉肉香氣撲鼻,魚肉味濃郁。福建炒飯 ($138)用料豐富,用菇粒、肉粒及遙柱絲,飯粒濕潤。啫啫通菜煲 ($128)醬汁味濃,通菜爽脆。金沙鮮魷脆豆腐 ($168)炸得金黃色,開胃惹味。每一道菜都有一棵小花卉點綴,擺盤美觀有特色,而且餸菜份量極多,很抵吃。 店員們親切效率高我們對這頓飯感到滿足。 continue reading

這餐廳位於新光商業大廈的1樓,枱與枱之間空間大,環境不擠迫。一行6人點了散餐,印象中,最好吃的有以下兩味:金磚豆腐上菜時的碟上一串小假花做裝飾,幾特別,豆腐外脆內軟。拔絲咕嚕肉的份量不大,和金磚豆腐一樣, 有串小假花裝飾,伴碟的菠蘿片新鮮清甜,拔絲咕嚕肉的糖皮薄身香脆,裡面的肉質嫩而不乾身6人一碟直的不夠。服務 okThis restaurant is located on the 1/F of Sun Kong Commercial Building in Yau Ma Tei.There was plenty of space between the tables.We were group of 6 ordered a la carte.I am impressed by the following 2 disheseep-fried Tofu Cubes:The dish was garnished with a buddle of small artificial flowers.The tofu was crispy outside and soft inside.Sweet and Sour Pork:The portion was not big.Same as the tofu dish, it was garnished with artificial flower.The pineapple slices were fresh and sweet.The pork was tender and juicy with crispy sugary crust.One plate was not enough for group of 6.The service was ok continue reading

家住油麻地,所以常到凱日飲中午茶,點心做得不錯;晚餐還是雖第一次,不過今次有驚喜,我們三個人叫了二人套餐$688都夠食,剛剛好😋雖然它套餐選擇不多,餸菜size 真的夠份量,招呼也錯,大家可以考慮。看到餐牌,燒味好似做得幾好,套餐反而沒有;它套餐裡的布多款小食選擇,魚翅味道濃郁,蒸龍躉片也好味, 欣賞它的拔絲咕嚕肉甜酸剛好,其他菜也比其他酒樓認真,吃完送的甜品蘆薈桂花糕也很清爽,員工服務態度好,總括還是滿意。 continue reading

跟朋友嚟咗這家餐廳,係咁嘆「佢個上湯魚翅簡直係嘩啦!」金黃色嘅魚翅湯喺匙羹裏面閃閃發亮,入口齒頰留香,湯頭既鮮甜又有淡淡嘅雞味,簡直喺味道上得嚟「嘩,窩心!」好戲仲未完,上嚟嘅龍蝦🦞又大份又新鮮,Q彈嘅肉質,啖啖肉嘅感覺真係食到心都甜啦!同伊麵一齊食,咸香味夾嘅配搭,令人一勺又一勺,實在停唔到口。燒鵝個皮香脆至極,肉汁滿滿咬落去無比滿足,雖然份量唔細,但每一口都係香濃,食完之後口齒留香,回味無窮👍。個人最中意嘅係柚皮配鮑汁,蝦籽那份海鮮香氣配上柔軟滑口嘅柚皮,斯文食都食唔夠嘅好滋味。至於花雕醉乳鴿,呢個菜式真係香溢四溢,鴿肉鬆軟酒香,個幾好味啊!同場加映嘅蒸蟶子皇🐚新鮮彈牙,兩字—正!雖然話呢間唔係豪華嘅高級飯店,但佢地嘅食物真係有質素,環境又優雅,下次還要再嚟! continue reading
