老實說,是失望了。

作為最應該熱辣辣上枱享用既火鴨翅、狗仔粉,竟然是只得微暖,一點熱氣騰騰的感覺也沒有,頓時食慾減半,期待之心破碎💔已食了2次,2次印象也這樣,尤其是額外叫的下鴨脾真是想不到原來如此的細隻呢,發育不良的可憐鴨,好失望

原本是對招牌火鴨翅寄予厚望的,感覺上材料也不算少,聞下去也有好香火鴨味,但嗅還嗅,食還食,吃下去就覺普通了,可能因為食物不熱我食不出風味,熱騰騰食的話,應該是很不錯吃的吧😶可惜呢,我最討厭食應熱但不熱的食物了

果然嘛~~~最討我喜的還是要數那2瓶樽菜脯了,可以自己任加,辣菜脯是有點辣啦,愈辣愈愛吃,雖然一辣鼻水就不停流😂

講返轉頭,碗粉一到,我一望,就知它只是而家坊間好流行的烏冬扮粉仔,而唔係廣州傳統用粘米粉與米飯搓均,再用筲箕「瀨」入熱水煮的粉仔,質感根本完全不同!

午飯的時候經過,往往看到這間十八座狗仔粉座無虛席。今天在荃灣附近濕平完畢後,在荃灣這條出名的糖水街附近,看到18座狗仔粉來坐下休息。 點了最出名的狗仔粉,形狀有點像切碎了的烏冬,每條長度均等,口感則比烏冬爽口,加上菜莆等各種配料,味道不錯,不會太清淡。細碗$20,價錢都不算太貴。

好鍾意食依個雜薈,但我個人唔食豬皮,都可以走皮轉其他(啫係要多件蘿蔔咁)。個汁好特別,又可以揀大中小辣,但蘿蔔我就覺得一般般既,因為唔算甜,但其他所有配搭都好好!!依個食唔到辣既朋友唔好試啦,驚你食唔到其他添,堅係好辣,因為面個層油勁辣。有個方法可以冇咁勁既,將粒魚蛋look多d底既咖喱汁,會好d,好dd啦依個就真係不得了,好入味既鴨翅,雖然細碗d,但真係煲足咁耐咼。料都唔少嫁,小食同宵夜圍威喂幾好嫁!!後面兩樽係d炸菜,一個辣一個唔辣,食狗仔粉一定要試丫,唔錯嫁,下次再食狗仔粉先

今日與同事收工收夜左。。咁夜食個飯又好似太飽 就喺附近嘅美食街咬啲野就返屋企其實見到十八座開到黎荃灣有好一段時間,今晚食少少野就揀左佢見到門口有條長意幾驚要排隊原來買外賣,入面仲有少量位,立即坐低吖啦好餓呀叫左3款share食黑白炸丸、咖哩勁辣魚蛋、狗仔粉狗仔粉最中意就係有菜甫、冬菇絲、青蔥、肉絲。。簡簡單單5駛咁濃味,如果想挑戰可以落辣菜甫,今日就醫肚為主食原味好了湯底又稠又濃,狗仔粉煮久左少少,加上個堆材料調哂個鮮味,碗野足料又飽胃黑白炸丸粒粒炸到金黃色,有4種丸,貢丸,墨魚丸,牛丸,豬肉丸,粒粒都脆皮,入面充滿肉香,岩哂嚐肉嘅我勁辣咖哩魚蛋真係5係個個都挑戰到辣到噴火 魚蛋未夠彈眼 建議轉牌子
