牛腩炒油麵（$35）+ 熱朱古力（$15）炒粉麵飯（白飯、出前一丁、油麵、幼麵、河粉），材料除咗雞蛋、菜、洋蔥，自由選擇叉燒、雞肉、豬扒、牛腩、豆腐配搭。即叫即炒，上枱時熱辣辣，夠哂味道，而且都有些少鑊氣。油麵彈性欠奉，但還是可以的。牛腩係員工推薦的，有肉有筋，煮得夠淋又入味，的確唔錯。

放假，朝早8點獨自帶埋狗🐶仔係屋企出發，行行後花園，柴灣哥連臣角道上石澳郊野公園，砵甸乍山落大浪灣。嚟到大浪灣中途的補給站，緊係坐低食個早餐。大浪灣的可樂士多是我食早餐的不二選擇，不是沒有其他選擇，只是這裏的老闆十分隨和親切，食物質素亦都不錯。雖然只是簡單的雞蛋丁面，但是有用心的煮。丁面軟硬適中，滷水雞翼醃得入味，太陽蛋煎得窿邊，仲搭有好幾塊西生菜，坐喺呢度舒舒服服地食個早餐，享受下寧靜啲環境和清新的空氣，士多行出約30米便是大浪灣沙灘，當日天氣己開始凍，但仍有好多人衝浪呢。再起步上山，上返龍躍徑，落返小西灣海濱公園，行返屋企，全程10公里左右。

Took a day off and had a long overdued catch up with my buddy at the big wave bay; we've picked a mom-and-pop store for our chit chat over lunch.Although it's a small store, it serves various types of food including local Hong Kong style instant noodle as well as Thai food. Their friendly staff and good food have made a pleasant experience.The curry beef fried rice portion is not particularly generous but it's tasty enough and adequate for its price; that means i had more room for the evil french toast; sure i'll have to do a longgggg run after this bad boy but definitely no regrets as this hot, fluffy, fresh toast with half melted butter and condensed milk is totally worth it.

放假襯好天去了石澳附近遊了轉車河，本來想到石澳附近食午餐的，但見到泊滿了車的停車場，便即退守去大浪灣找東西吃。在大浪灣有兩間士多選擇，分別是可樂士多同棠記士多。因之前已試過棠記，所以今次選擇了可樂士多來醫肚。我們分別叫了泰式肉碎炒飯和咖哩豬扒炒河。因為即叫即炒關係，等待時間會比一般餐廳長少少。首先講講這個泰式肉碎炒飯，我選的是豬肉碎，而他們的飯底分別加了洋蔥和蒜來炒的，再配合香葉辣椒和一隻半生熟的太陽蛋，味道一流，甜甜的洋蔥撞上辣椒，令人開胃到不知不覺整碟食完。而咖哩豬扒炒河的豬扒亦要讚一讚，入味之餘還要肉質鬆軟，食了一塊豬扒後會喜歡上呢！泰式肉碎炒飯🎯9.5/10咖哩豬扒炒河🎯9/10
