有日想食串燒,但發現一係就放題,一係就偏貴,而呢間係抵食啲就嚟咗,無book位,7點前入座都係啱啱好做最後一枱入座,而且鋪入面位置唔多,串燒都要啲時間,所以唔想等位就最好book位啦~幾鍾意呢到嘅上菜模式,每張枱有個木托盤,上面有張牛油紙,串燒燒好會直接放上每枱各自嘅木托盤,唔會搞到成枱都係碟無晒位👍🏻呢到嘅串燒調味都幾好,唔會過鹹,大部分都燒到啱啱好,會唔乾晒/燶晒;呢到肉類嘅款式唔多,但仲有好多小食、海鮮同蔬菜!•🥢 汁燒京蔥五花腩 $19五花腩肥瘦均勻,好juicy,串喺中間嘅京蔥甜味加埋肉汁都好正🤤•🥢 蒜香燒生蠔 $49(時價)呢個燒生蠔係跟時價,無記錯嗰日係$49兩隻,隻蠔都幾大隻,面鋪咗超多蒜!蒜燒到乾身,但隻蠔依然好juicy!•🥢 原條燒茄子 $28呢個原條燒茄子好大份!調味主要係孜然粉,燒到好腍,可以一絲絲夾起食🤤 茄子皮外面會有啲啲燶,我哋就無點食到啦。•🥢 汁燒豬頸肉 $20食落唔太似豬頸肉,無豬頸肉爽口嘅口感,似無咩肥嘅豬腩肉,但個醬汁好正,有啲辣粉喺面,好惹味!•🥢 雞軟骨 $16雞軟骨燒到好香脆,而且最先嚟到,2串真係唔夠呀😂•🥢 鹽燒秋葵 $14燒秋葵係幾好夾,外面燒到乾乾地,入面軟又有啲籽嘅咬口,不過唔係咁多人接受到啦😂•🥢 芝士牛油蒜蓉焗金菇 $22呢個焗金菇加咗好多芝士,仲可以拉絲🤤 中間仲有啲蒜蓉牛油,撈埋之後好快就食晒啦😌•🥢 鹽燒鯖魚飯 $56想叫一個飯兩個人share同串燒一齊食,揀咗鹽燒鯖魚,本身鹽燒鯖魚都可以散叫~鯖魚都幾大件,燒到好香,皮少少脆,襯熱食會好啲。•🥢 厚切嫩滑牛舌芯 $23牛舌幾厚切,面頭燒到有啲乾,食落有啲啲韌😢 continue reading

原本4人嘅飯局,最後得返3個人!!!一早訂好枱,亦比咗訂金(可能係新玩法,友人講之前都唔使落訂). 準時到達攞位,卻換來令我極度反感嘅反應!店員走來說:因為你本來訂4個人,但現在得3個人,又唔打嚟改,所以落咗嘅$400訂,會扣$100(罰款).....真係莫名其妙......我們又不是‘‘放飛機‘‘,只係由4個變3個,況且我都未叫嘢食,又會知我地食唔到$400??!! 😠😠😠 已經唔叫你退返100訂,但憑什麼扣我訂?!於是我地有禮貌咁話,我地都有到,況且我地都應該都食到400或以上,唔使扣我地嘛!!當時位店員冇比反應,只係安排我地入坐!!之後另一個店員又走來講同樣嘅說話,我真係心諗,你憑咩扣我訂,唔係因為100,而係無理由!!!結果友人們再三理論下,果位店員才好似‘‘ 皇恩浩蕩‘‘‘咁講今次唔扣你地!!!當時我真係想走!!!今時今日咁樣做生意???咁嘅服務,就算嘢食再好食也不會有下次!!!也許各位,如果要光顧,好好想清楚人數!!!!雖然很嬲,但說實話,嘢食算好食,夠熱夠味!!即燒,上菜速度尚可!唯一不滿嘅係咁嘅態度!另外,剛剛因外牆有維修,所以搞到冷氣開唔到,幸好有個應該係‘‘老闆‘‘的同我地臨走時解釋同講唔好意思!!! continue reading

成日路過但一直都未試過!試完真係覺得自己一直走寶🥺味道好、價錢合理嘅串燒原來一直在身邊🤩🤩兩個人叫左超級多野食🥰🥰飽到要外賣拎走😝🤩🤩🤩超級推介:蝦豬串、香料雞肉串、杏鮑菇、雞翼、茄子、鹹酥雞粒、外脆內軟芝士年糕以上幾樣都真係超級好味😋食落樣樣都好驚艷🤩食到食物本質的味道之餘調味都好到位!蝦豬串好有特色😆係大澳嘅味道啊!雞肉串醃得好入味一定要趁熱食。杏鮑菇超juicy🤤雞翼味道剛好,而且肉質都嫩滑,叫左三份都唔夠喉!茄子真係唔係度度都整得好食,呢間真心不錯👍🏻最驚喜係鹹酥雞粒,因為上菜嘅時候已經接近尾聲,已經好鬼飽,加埋個樣子唔係咁討好,都已經唔想食了,不過都打算比個機會佢試下味都好,點知一試簡直令我兩眼發光🤩係好味又juicy嘅🥳炸粉好薄裹著雞腿肉好嫩滑好入味,相比其他連鎖鹹酥雞呢間更地道!最後一定要食呢個芝士年糕作結,為呢餐畫上完美句號!😋😋好味:汁燒京蔥五花腩、翠玉瓜、雞皮、一口牛、金菇肥牛卷、豆卜其實呢幾樣都係好味噶!為左分類清晰,佢地都有中等偏上嘅水準噶;每樣嘢燒嘅火候、味道甚至個樣都整得不錯,成餐飯都食得好鬼開心🙂一般:韭菜、芝士流心大啡菇、汁燒花枝丸、芝士牛油蒜蓉焗雜菌、汁燒墨魚仔、牛油蒜蓉焗帆立貝呢幾樣相比下就失色小小,正正常常冇乜特別😆不過要講嘅係韭菜嘅調味有小小奇怪,可能平時串燒必叫韭菜,所以都大期望,食落味道偏苦🤯小失望!溫馨提示:1️⃣鋪頭比較細,只能容納幾檯客,好彩我地早到先有位坐,要來最好就book定位啦!2️⃣平時我地都食得辣嘅,我地叫BB辣都已經幾辣下,配埋嘢飲就好啲3️⃣我地落單時都冇睇數量,點知叫得太多,去到後期都未食完都keep住上緊菜、擺到滿曬!佢係即點即燒但又唔係真係要等好耐,所以如果食得多、不妨分兩輪落單,咁樣啲嘢食就最新鮮滾熱辣食到,就最好味!食完成餐雖然飽到爆肚🤣但真係食得超開心超爽!同行友人一致認為一定要再encore呢間! continue reading

之前睇到有人介紹所以一直都好想試,又加上係💛店,當然要支持下。而家因為六點後禁堂食,變咗中午開舖,所以今日就食咗10條串燒,一個撈烏冬。首先講吓佢嘅串燒,牛類比較出色,特別係一口牛同埋牛舌心,燒得好惹味。雞類就不過不失,雞腎都好有咬口,不過同其他餐廳嘅分別不大。推介小食類嘅花枝丸,個汁好好味。整體而言,串燒都幾抵食,款式都比較大路,但係味道非常唔錯。至於個烏冬都不過不失,咖喱湯都好濃味,有好大塊芝士,不過比較硬身嘅關係,冇辦法同烏冬撈埋一齊嚟食,只可以直接咬塊芝士,如果可以做得creamy啲就更好。 continue reading
