呢間舖頭好細total剩係得12個位,我哋等咗大約半個鐘先有得入座,見到老闆娘同埋啲客人都好熟,應該都係做啲街坊生意比較多喺香港仲係用炭火黎整煲仔飯嘅舖頭真係已經唔多,之前喺西環食過一間,都好好食,今次呢間仲要好特別就係煲仔飯加佢哋嘅特製辣椒,啱晒我呢啲好鍾意食辣嘅人,加咗辣椒之後啲煲仔飯香味更加突出我哋嗌左兩個煲仔飯,分別係毛加辣鮮雞煲仔飯同埋毛加辣田雞煲仔飯,但係我自己就覺得啲田雞比較少同埋比較瘦,鮮雞就唔錯,比較大件同埋都係有雞味,食到尾之後發現成個煲底都係返飯焦,可以差唔多成個鏟起,真係啱晒我呢啲勁鍾意食飯焦嘅人,如果呢間舖頭唔係喺元朗咁遠,我諗我會成日走過來食

我哋嗌左兩個煲仔飯,分別係毛加辣鮮雞煲仔飯同埋毛加辣田雞煲仔飯,但係我自己就覺得啲田雞比較少同埋比較瘦,鮮雞就唔錯,比較大件同埋都係有雞味,食到尾之後發現成個煲底都係返飯焦,可以差唔多成個鏟起,真係啱晒我呢啲勁鍾意食飯焦嘅人,如果呢間舖頭唔係喺元朗咁遠,我諗我會成日走過來食

由於呢間店長期排長龍,所以我哋平日星期四545pm就去排,竟排第一!結果6點開鋪,點飯,差不多625pm先有得食第一煲,第二煲就隔多5分鐘。第一煲係「潤腸臘肉飯」,由於有臘味架油份,再加上火喉,個飯焦形成脆卜卜,太好味呀,不過呢,個豉油無味gei,唔咸唔甜唔香🤔第二煲「黃鱔飯」,無左油份,唔香唔特別,個飯仲有少少濕,應該未夠火喉,所以個飯焦一般者,同埋得好少好細舊架黃鱔,賣相一般呢,個豉油都係無味!總括,叫油份多架材料比較好,但小心胃差架朋友會比較滯,飯焦算好味,脆口又唔痴牙,但唔係兩煲都做到,個豉油唔得,飯唔算香!
