Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳算是有驚喜
燒鵝做得出色
皮脆肉嫩
而且即叫即做,很有誠意


另外,蝦餅亦非常有蝦味
配埋舊中餐的沙律醬
很有風味!


不過,呢間店有兩個不好!
第一,叉燒不好。
明明點了肥叉,但來了一碟又瘦又硬的
十分失望


第二…. 所有菜式味道偏咸
連炒碟清菜都咸


整體來講,服務、味道都唔錯!可以再起

飯店有好多款菜式,基本上講得出嘅大部分小菜款式,呢間飯店都可以做得到。🥳 呢間飯店炒工一流,好有鑊氣,好食又抵食。

幫襯這食店已多年,每次都仍然覺得好好味。必食的菜式有:和記小炒、燒鵝、蝦餅、蝦仁炒蛋、中式牛柳、羊腩煲。。。。新菜式加入garlic 蝦仁亦好得,個汁用來送飯,一流!難得是老闆是個好有人情味的老闆。在這疫情期間,食店外有免費漂白水給市民。是的,食店外,不是內,這表示你不光顧只路過亦可攞!當然好快比人攞曬!這樣有心的老闆食店,已很少見了。。。再者,巳它的食物質素,收這樣的價錢,真的好抵食!!!所以很多食客支持。極度推介。

多次大班朋友聚餐,必定推介這飯店,朋友都覺得讚,最緊要這店冷氣充足,本人最怕唔夠冷氣的飯店食到身水身汗,地方都算寬敞,價錢相對便宜,而且分量最緊要夠大碟,還有不少有懷舊中菜,真是值得推介的街坊良心食店。本人真心推介最好味就係即燒的燒鵝(如果多人聚餐,又食到一隻的話,記得訂座時預留,如果唔係要等20分鐘),真係皮脆肉滑又夠味。其他推介薑蔥魚泡,夠曬懷舊。椒鹽鮮魷,鑊氣十足。小棠菜,鬆脆唔油膩。蝦球伊麵,抵食夾大碟。

This is a restaurant near Jordan station and Austin Station! It takes around 5-8 minutes to walk from Austin Station./
This restaurant is popular in this district, because it serves cheap and instant food, so that it is popular for the working group within this distrcit.

佐敦呢個位好近尖沙咀,所有舖頭都可以步行去到,但又冇尖沙咀咁繁忙,可以話係旺中帶靜。近住西鐵站,如果地鐵就遠小小,要行15分鐘先到佐敦站。。。大大隻燒鵝脾飯,大下碟飯,好似50-60蚊咋,2個人食,share食都食唔哂啊!油份好夠,皮又夠脆,唯一係裝修舊小小,因為都老店啦,應該有幾十年歷史咁。都見過有幾多街坊黎食。人多既話可以試下叫原隻燒鵝,價錢相宜,又幾香鵝味,配埋個酸梅醬幾好味啊,真係有梅架。

都見過有幾多街坊黎食。

人多既話可以試下叫原隻燒鵝,

這天舊同事從海外回港, 相約一班朋友來一聚, 也沒有不來的道理。當大家正在決定到什麼地方開餐之際, 最後選了這裡,是因為地點適中而店子的食物價格合理, 加上這裡是沒有收開瓶費的, 就算自攜幾支紅酒,也無後顧之憂。是晚一行九人晚膳,席上都是認識超過二十年的朋友了, 七時來到,想不到食客已不少, 店子舖面不算太大,氣氛比較輕鬆隨意,趁等朋友的時間, 拿餐牌一看,菜式選擇不少而看來也是街坊價。先來兩味送啤酒的香口菜色, 一味紅燒豆腐,外表金黃色的豆腐, 外層炸得脆皮而內裡的豆腐嫩滑無比。還有椒鹽鮮魷, 脆漿唔太厚但做得好平均,剛剛好包得晒件鮮魷, 食落香脆可口, 鮮魷爽口彈牙。店員推薦幾款燉湯, 在當中揀了一窩椰子燉響螺, 可以給大家喝過夠,上枱還是熱辣辣的,味道清甜帶有椰子香味, 響螺口感腍中帶爽味道鮮濃甜美,整窩燉湯轉眼間已給我們喝清光了。餐牌上的極品燒鵝皇是招牌菜,原隻鴨斬件後砌得整齊的上檯,鴨皮上油潤光亮,吃起來,鴨皮是燒得脆口,鴨皮唔會有太多脂肪, 鴨肉鮮嫩又多肉汁,而且肉厚,味道是令人滿意的。也試試蒜汁大蝦球,雖然蝦球不是太大粒,但已去了蝦殼, 食用較方便而且啖啖肉, 蝦肉鮮爽,
