To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

YouTube雞髀大比拼見佢都幾出名，特登嚟試一下，咁當然係叫佢嘅神級炸髀啦，下午茶時間$50一隻，真係好大隻，雞皮脆口但唔燶炸得都唔錯，賣相係OK嘅。但食第一啖已經失望，原因係無論雞皮及雞肉都淡而無味，隻雞髀咁大隻當然好多肉，但係啲雞肉係實的的，同埋真係冇味，問店員雞髀是什麼品種？原來是來自美國一些特別大的雞髀，可能就是選材原因，加上調味亦做得唔好，我只食了三份一就放棄了，選擇了賣相及噱頭，但放棄了味道，連招牌出品都做成咁，好失望，真係絕大部份嘅小食店都做得比佢好。

叫咗蕃茄雞扒烏冬外賣速遞，一打開蓋，被一件又乾又斷開嘅雞塊嚇親，之前叫呢間餐廳嘅外賣未試過咁恐怖。以為和順記出名炸雞髀，整件雞扒應該冇大問題，估唔到可以咁恐怖。如果做唔到合格嘅食物，不如唔好接order

Lunch時間去，職員都見到我行入去，佢冇問，我見有位咪自己坐低（有張四人空枱我都冇坐，去四人枱搭枱坐），坐低咗先有人行過嚟話你一位要搭枱喎，我話咪搭咗😑。佢話要去二人枱嗰啲搭，不過算啦，而家唔係太多人，坐住先，多人先過去。咁我問佢有冇menu？ 佢叫我掃QR code就有，咁我睇貼上牆個menu算，睇睇下，都係費事喺度食，起身走人算！！食個飯都咁多規矩，一坐低又依樣又嗰樣，已經冇mood食，以後都唔會再嚟食！！
