一入到餐廳,韓國老闆娘好熱情咁招呼我哋,仲即刻送上六款小菜同泡菜,款式多樣,味道正宗,令人胃口大開。我哋叫咗一份醬油蟹,呢個係每日新鮮從韓國運嚟香港,所以係限量供應嘅。醬油蟹真係好新鮮,食落完全冇腥味同苦澀味,蟹肉鮮甜,蟹膏豐富,每一啖都充滿鮮味,真係令人食到停唔到口!如果蟹唔新鮮,就會有苦味,但今次食到嘅完全冇呢個問題,真係好滿足。另外,我哋仲叫咗韓牛Galbi,牛肉肉質嫩滑,油脂分布均勻,燒到外焦內嫩,肉汁豐富,加上韓式燒烤醬汁,味道更加濃郁,真係食到好滿足!餐廳嘅環境好有韓國風情,座位寬敞,燒烤設備亦都好乾淨,令人食得放心。韓國老闆娘非常熱情好客,成日過嚟問我哋食得開唔開心,仲喺我哋離開前請我哋食哈密瓜,哈密瓜清甜多汁,為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。食物高質素,服務一流,環境舒適,絕對係元朗區食韓式燒烤嘅好選擇!如果你鍾意食韓式燒烤,呢間餐廳真係值得一試! continue reading

雞地食肆林立,但韓國店有韓國人坐陣及由濟洲輸入食材的餐廳就只此一間!入到去環境闊落,霓虹燈光亮佈置,仲有濟州黑毛豬公仔做佈置;店員都主動向我地用韓文打招呼,像置身於韓國。其後與他們傾談得知他們老闆,廚師,店員都是韓國人,所以對他們餐廳的食物質素好有期待!(最後係完全無我失望,極好食)未上菜已經有六款前菜上枱,包括泡菜、小魚乾、醃製蓮藕及茄子等,已經開胃!採用自助Menu點單,可見種類繁多,今次就叫左肉類套餐:濟洲五花肉+濟洲豬肩肉+韓豚調味排骨+生菜每一塊肉的油脂分怖比例好令,五花肉及豬肩肉均沒有任何調味;但烹煮期間,香濃肉味飄入鼻內!豬肉肉質口感彈牙,豬味濃。而調味排骨則調得入味,烤過後肉質依然嫩滑及爆肉汁。配料洋蔥都好甜另一個可讚之處就係餐廳侍應招呼周到,會落手幫忙烤肉,每一塊都烤得恰到好處!店員都會推薦建議食法,第一塊是用酸蘿蔔夾著五花肉食;其次可配合他們自家製的辣醬/加少許鹽巴都可。其實不用特別調味,它家的肉質本身質素已高及新鮮,店員説是每天新鮮由濟洲空運到港!海鮮泡菜煎餅煎餅厚度及size十足,新鮮熱辣!足料餅餡:韭菜、新鮮魷魚 ;每一啖都食到配料,他們亦會幫忙切到一塊塊,非常細心!另外叫左支韓國進口的支裝飲品,飲落是山楂味有汽汽水,仲係0卡路里,基本上我係市面都未曾見過!讚 continue reading

元朗有一間由正宗韓國人主理的餐廳,今日來拜訪主打無疑是食燒肉。選了$580的燒肉套餐,包括:大牛排骨、濟州五花腩、辣泡菜湯和生菜。有肉有菜有湯,非常豐足。濟州五花肉濟州五花肉有厚切兩件,乍看脂肪與瘦肉交錯,先燒至半熟,再剪件烤至四面金黃。整塊肉沒有經過任何醃製,直接可以細味品嚐肉質原汁原味,或者點醬吃、配搭酸羅白吃、配生菜包裹住吃⋯風味各隨己好。令我回想起年初在濟州的日子,肉質比起濟州黑豬一條街的來講,略遜少少也正常但也不過不失。大牛排骨卷起的牛排攤開之後發現都好大件。這牛排有經過醃製處理,所以肉質更加入味,口感更加豐富,比較適合重口味人仕,令人驚喜的是肉質非常嫩滑,完全無靱和鞋口的感覺。有肉有菜,輪到湯出場,辣泡菜湯的色澤鮮豔,上枱仍然熱氣騰騰,熱情奔放。非常足料有泡菜、豆腐、燒肉份量也不少。湯底濃郁,充滿了泡菜的風味,叫咗碗白飯,自制泡菜湯飯,讓人感受到濃厚的韓國的家的溫暖。用餐期間,發現周圍都係講韓文嘅韓國人食客。老闆娘都係韓國人,熱情好客,為我們親自操刀讓我們可以坐享其成。服務員有主動斟水,對於食燒肉唔飲啤酒的我嚟講,這點好重要,所以主動斟水加分 continue reading
