用餐時間(7:44pm dinner)另一半話呢間素食值得推介,明明喺長沙灣站都要行15分鐘過去食。一坐低就上兩碗老火齋湯🥣 ;材料有眉豆、紅蘿蔔🥕 、南瓜 🎃 、粟米🌽 、花生🥜 、腰果等等。鮮甜無咩味精。叫咗碗胡椒豬肚湯$38,裏面有兩三種菇🍄 (白菇、雞髀菇)、豆腐、酸菜、素珠肚(爽脆口感似食緊豬肚)、胡椒味香濃,熱辣辣拎上枱,飲完成個人暖笠笠。♨️本身對碗素餃子擔擔麵 $59 冇咩期望,因為覺得唔會整得好食。點知又真係有驚喜!第一時間試一試啖擔擔面湯底,好好飲!食得出佢加咗花椒油同埋真係有落花生醬煮個湯底,好香。碗麵餸菜有蕃茄🍅 、椰菜花、花生碎🥜、素餃子🥟,素肉碎。好似喺上海店食緊擔擔麵咁,唯一美中不足就係佢用咗拉麵底。🍜個咖喱薯角素羊腩飯 $58正常發揮,個素羊腩🐑 走過油,配合薯仔、椰菜花、素羊腩,紅米飯,不過不失。餐廳氛圍少有素食餐廳有得打邊爐🍲‼️不過預返時間,因為佢早閂門。 continue reading

打聽到深水埗有間好食嘅素食店,一於去試試,素食嚟講佢都算多元化,仲有點心食老火湯日日唔同款式,又有紅米飯食,可能前一手係做火鍋,枱中間仲有個電磁爐喺度,但係好乾淨衛生,空氣充足,坐得舒服。散叫又得,午市素餐又得,炒粉炒麵炒飯亦得。見呢排凍凍地,叫咗個鮮茄豆腐粉絲煲。上枱一刻香噴噴,見到都暖苙苙全部材料都入晒味,最後嘆埋碗老火湯,超級大滿足地址深水埗元州街26號地舖港鐵深水埗站B2出口,步行約3分鐘 continue reading

周日想飲茶食素點心,想起元州街這間善膳坊去試下,點個拼盤一次過多吃幾款,水準就中規中距有好有壞。除了素點心之外,餐廳都有每日唔同特價午y餐,各種炒粉麵飯都有得揀,冬季仲有火鍋和陽腩煲等等,可以mark低去食下。深水埗元洲街一帶好多野食,你估唔到中間都有幾間素食餐廳,方便這區的素食人士。入面唔算好大間,不過都適合一家大細或三五知己來吃的格局。餐牌都幾多野揀㗎,想食點心、小菜或粉麵飯都有,多幾個人來可以叫幾款分享食。午晚市都有特價套餐,而且每日都唔同,區內素食者日日來都唔驚悶。仲有手寫餐牌好街坊feel。點心拼盤 HK$68一直都想試下這裡的點心,不過都驚係大量來貨果種hae野,好彩一開蓋望落都算吸引。蒸點心要等一點時間,上桌熱騰騰感覺唔錯。首先吃掉燒賣由蝦餃,味道就一般般無咩驚喜。倒是腐皮卷和煎梗米卷幾好食,鍾意芋頭的話也必吃荔芋卷。 continue reading
