真是一個非一般的叉燒蛋飯,
個叉燒肥瘦均稱,厚切下仍非常鬆化,店員說是自家製梅頭肉即燒。

行完奧海城肚餓仔搵下附近有咩中菜食,搵咗間喺大角咀嘅喜聚坊~同朋友叫左3樣野食-🐖失傳醬脆皮生炒骨 ($148)🦐黃金流沙蝦球 ($98)🍚酒肉朋友炒飯 ($68)-酒肉朋友炒飯開頭以為係糯米飯,但原來有叉燒雞肉牛肉,勁多料,有大份又有鑊氣,兩個人都食唔哂🤣另外叫左個黃金流沙蝦球,炸得勁香脆,睇得出落得好少炸粉,同埋蝦味都冇流失🤩黎到我最鍾意既生炒骨,佢哋既失傳醬脆皮生炒骨別具風味,比起傳統嘅生炒骨炸得更脆皮,食到最後一舊都仲係好脆😍

晚上咁啱嚟到大角咀就試咗主打傳統廣東私房菜嘅喜聚坊叫咗個西洋菜南北杏陳腎湯中湯係秋冬天飲就最滋補喇碗湯都好足材料,將湯渣分碟上冬天就最啱食黑草羊腩煲醬汁同出邊食嘅羊腩煲好唔同黑草羊腩完全唔需要再掂其他調味料已經好好食仲要全煲都係羊腩,啖啖肉無咩骨除咗黑草羊腩仲有炸腐皮、竹筍、冬菇、馬蹄,好滿足最後仲叫咗個失傳醬脆皮生炒骨生炒骨酸酸甜甜,好惹味聽老闆娘講係落左蘋果醋去調味脆皮食落好酥脆食到最後依然好脆口最後仲送咗兩碗雪耳木瓜糖水為今餐畫上一個完美既句號整體來講全部食物都好出色有機會一定會再黎

近排天氣凍咗好多,所以食晏我揀咗間可以飲湯嘅餐廳。唔知點解去到冬天就特別鍾意飲湯。喺大角咀附近見到呢間喜聚坊,就同朋友一齊去試吓。試完先知原來佢來頭都幾猛,見到鋪面擺咗好多主廚嘅得獎相片。今日叫咗個燉湯餐同埋個滑蛋叉燒飯。首先餐廳好好咁送左兩碗菜乾煲豬肺湯俾我哋。而家疫情時期真係好需要飲返碗靚湯補返個肺。👍個湯真係好足料,唔唔似邊嗰啲味精湯。滑蛋叉燒飯首先送到,呢個滑蛋真係煎到啱啱好唔會過老,另外個蛋味好濃,問吓個侍應先知道原來佢哋係用日本蛋😍唔怪之得啦。所以成個飯好快就俾我哋清晒啦!好食之後嗌左個燉湯係巴戟杜仲燉老鴿湯,個湯食水好深!原來已經燉咗六個鐘頭,唔怪之得咁入味啦。呢個湯啱晒依家天氣咁凍飲飲完,真係暖粒粒㗎。☺️
