唔係朋友帶我,我都唔識去,朋友話呢呢個麵係一條麵!叫我一定要試吓!呢個係油撥扯麵,成碗麵呢係一條麵過㗎,超特別呀!加埋佢嗰個配料有辣有香,喺香港食真係覺得好特別!你知啦香港其實好少有呢啲師傅整㗎嘛!我今次叫咗餃子油撥扯面,加多咗個冷盤喺個菠菜,佢個香油呢真係做得好好我哋兩個係咁食唔停!朋友就叫咗炸雞翼,呢個就冇乜特別OK啦😆姨姨招呼都幾好,不過呢係個冷氣唔夠大,香港七月八月真係有啲熱,所以我叫咗支凍啤酒飲😆都唔貴,所以okay la😆另外想附加一提,其實佢個面雖然一條面過,但係都真係好飽㗎,我都食唔晒😆😆

第一次嚟食叫左碗羊腩湯麵(無影到相)ok既,不過不失,湯底偏淡羊肉好食(我見幾檯客都有叫哩款麵)不過我自己覺得,係唔會叫人想再嚟食多次既程度酸菜魚人生食過最無味既酸菜魚唔酸唔辣唔香,明明見到材料都足,有青花椒花椒辣椒...魚肉ok幾新鮮同樓面姐姐講聲無咩味姐姐成盆攞入去,應該係加左醋?出嚟盆酸菜魚係酸左既😂埋單走人既時候見到周圍d食客全部都係點麵食可能哩間就係專門食麵酸菜魚不了(難怪係優惠菜單😂)

唔洗出香港都可以食到陝西菜。份量都很大份,味道都很正宗嘅陝西風味!大盤雞(288hkd)好大一份,四個人都夠食,雞肉醃製很入味,仲有洋蔥,土豆,胡蘿蔔配菜,biangbiang面口感鬆軟有彈性,醬汁濃郁,配白飯絕佳!潼關豬肉肉夾饃(35hkd)都推薦!第一次喺香港食到肉夾饃,豬肉份量都好足,第一次嘗試陝西菜千祈唔好錯過肉夾饃!香椿炒雞蛋,平日里想自己煮但無奈揾唔到原材料,今次終於食到香椿!其實該叫香椿煎雞蛋,香椿有少少中藥味,口感味道都很特別,同雞蛋混合味道好香!未食過香椿這樣食材一定要嘗試!具體位置唔容易揾,好似喺希慎廣場對面一條小路上,平時嗰條路會有好多臨街小販,要走入小路留意鋪頭名。

朋友介紹銅鑼灣有間食陝西菜嘅餐廳,見佢連個名都係陝西方言咁特別,決定搵日去開銅鑼灣就去試一試~當日叫咗一個午市套餐,揀咗蔥爆牛肉飯,味道正常,跟餐有埋餐飲,算係唔錯嘅午餐快飯之選👍🏻油潑扯麵味道較重口味,鍾意食辣同重口味嘅人可以一試!醬料比得好足,麵身都幾掛醬,每條麵都好夠味,會越食越辣😛🔥鬆化炸豬扒 🐷炸得好酥脆!上枱放咗陣先食唔會淋晒😋 配埋蛋黃醬食一流!潼關肉夾饃出面層酥皮十分酥脆❗️入面肉餡好有肉汁,唔會乾,加埋嚟食啱啱好,唔會油膩,真係好好食🥹
